We love this place, but cannot yet be there for extended periods - We hope YOU can come to Naples and enjoy Cedar Hammock and all of its amenities.
Our second floor (end unit) two bedroom, plus den, condo has everything you will need to make your extended stay comfortable. You will appreciate the quality of this light and airy condo with its classic, contemporary interior design. The master bedroom features a king bed, his and hers walk-in closets, attached full bathroom and cable TV, plus access to the lanai. Your view from the master bedroom, living room and lanai is of the beautiful 11th hole surrounded by water and woods!
The guest area offers a queen bed and full bathroom. You may not choose to cook with the Cedar Hammock Clubhouse a short walk away - or the fabulous restaurants of Naples just a 10 minute drive - but the eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a beautiful dining room for entertaining. The den has a leather queen pull out sofa, DVD player, 32" flat screen TV w/cable and stereo system. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.
You will be members of this private golf community for a transfer fee of $250. A nominal greens fee and cart fee are charged for golf, but you won't mind paying for the exclusivity of this great championship golf course. There are five tee locations on each hole - something for everyone!
We are located in the popular "island" area of Cedar Hammock, with a pool nearby, PLUS another pool, four Har-Tru tennis courts, spa and state-of-the-art fitness center within walking distance next to the clubhouse.
No need to bring anything but your clothes, golf clubs, tennis racquets and swimsuits for a fabulous winter getaway. The residents are friendly, the weather is spectacular, and we know you'll want to come back.
