This is a beautifully maintained home located in a nice upscale quiet neighborhood. Please feel free to check our reveiws from past guests. What im looking for, are family situations, people that will be clean and respectful of my home and my neighbors. If your looking to LOAD UP THE HOME WITH PEOPLE,PLAY LOUD MUSIC, RAISE HELL AND ACT STUPID THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. Ok now on to what your looking for. We have 3 bedrooms with new flatscreen tvs in them with cable.Ceiling fans in all rooms. The home is facing south so that means sun all day long poolside, totally fenced in with lots of privacy and beautiful sunsets in the evening. In the master bedroom a new king bed and a new king in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queens, bathroom, small refrigerator,microwave and coffee maker in the room. A 52' hdtv flatscreen in the open air front room along with nice furniture with 2 easy boy chairs and a sleeper sofa .WIFI INTERNET.... The kitchen is fully supplied with all new appliances. All linens and towels, beach towels and hair dryers are here.. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. One bathroom has a tub and shower and the other in master bedroom has a new shower.There is a 10 x 40 screened in porch lanai upstairs with 2 ceiling fans for the smoking and the anti bug people. The lanai is really a nice spot to kick back and relax in the evening. The dock is very large and can handle up to a 30' boat with 30 amp electric and 2 water outlets for hosing down after fishing or cleaning your fish on the 5'stainless cleaning table. After the hot day when your done boating or during the day or night relax in your private swimming pool.There are lounge chairs and chaise loungers for sun bathing on the dock or just lay in the hammock and kick back. There is a outside shower to refresh or clean off the suntan oil before pool use. There is a commercial ice machine with 500 lb capacity and a freezer outside for your drinking or fishing needs. Also we have a assortment of large to small coolers for your use. There also is a nice 2 person kayak to paddle around and see the wildlife. Our canal is deep and clean and there is fish to catch right off the dock. This is truly a paradise vacation home. We are located close to all shopping and everything you need.Bahia Honda state park and the beaches are within 7 miles of the home. The outstanding fishing and LOOE KEY REEF for snorkeling and diving are located straight out front once you get into the ocean. It is only 5 minutes out to the ocean from our dock and 10 minutes to the closest marina for fuel. The 2 boat launches are minutes away also. If this sounds good to you call us to reserve your time .

This house is perfect and we had an amazing time! It has everything you need inside and out. The outdoor set-up is perfect for a boat owner and/or fisherman. We loved the little pool, hammock, and outdoor table and chairs. The screen porch upstairs is so relaxing and very large; perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or dining outside. The house is clean and very well-maintained! The owner was very helpful and friendly. The restaurants Square Grooper and Boondocks are awesome and close by. The beaches at Bahia Honda State Park are beautiful and also close by. About a 30 minute drive down to Key West which is a MUST; so much to see and do down there! Also, take your boat out to Looe Key Reef and go snorkeling (as long as it's not a windy day)! We would really love to come stay here again in the future!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Had a very enjoyable stay here. We came with 3 couples and it was comfortable and spacious. Very neat clean and well stocked. Loved the pool area and the lanai. We would consider this for another vacation. Thanks Scott - you were very helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Just returned from a relaxing week in The Keys,stayed in the perfect home! Very clean,tastefully decorated,comfortable beds,had anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, AND a beautiful,refreshing pool with great,cushioned outdoor furniture. We all LOVED the outdoor shower! Great boat dockage space,and fish cleaning area. Owner very clear about the type of renters he is looking for (respectful,non-party crowd), but is very pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely return to this home in the future-thank you for a wonderful week in your beautiful home!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were very fortunate to land this house on short notice. It was very clean and has everything needed to feel right at home. The kids loved the pool and feeding the fish right off the dock. It is everything it claims to be and more.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a top notch property! Everything was perfect and VERY CLEAN, just as described! We were there with two other couples and I can highly recommeded this house. We really appreciated the ice machine, coolers, kayak, pool and lanai. The house is very close to Bahia State Park (only 10-15 minutes) for snorkeling and beaches. The snorkeling at LOOE KEY REEF was outstanding. Little Torch Key is an ideal location to reach all the Keys and be able to retire to a beautiful home. The home is well equipped with all anyone would need to have a great vacation. The owner was extemely nice and most helpful with any questions we had. Thanks Scott for a fabulous week in your beautiful home.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Been coming to the keys for years , and finally found one of the nicest ,cleanest and comfortable homes to stay at. The month went to fast but we will be back next year. Purelly excellent My husband loved the dock and fish cleaning set up.
