Our villa is newly decorated with new appliances and furnishings that will make your stay most enjoyable. Special care was taken to provide a home-like environment with all the conveniences.

With temps in the upper 50's and 60's during the winter, Hilton Head provides perfect winter weather for those enjoying bicycling, tennis and golf. Generally a light jacket during the day is all you will need.
During the months from June through September, beach lovers will love the beaches of Hilton Head which provide miles of uninterrupted beautiful sand for walking, shelling, bicycling, and just sitting. Hilton Head is a very popular summer vacation destination where people flock to our beautiful beaches for long days on the beach with their families and friends.
Spring and fall are the most beautiful times in Hilton Head with warm moderate day temps, and cooling slightly in the evenings.
Bring your sunscreen and flip flops and join the hundreds of people who have fallen in love with Hilton Head. Enjoy our villa with the closest proximity to the beach on the island, your uninterrupted view of the ocean and the dolphins. Start the day with coffee on your private balcony watching the sunrise, and end your day looking at the thousands of stars in the sky. My husband, 4 year old son and I had a wonderful time during our stay in this condo. It was super clean and even though it is small, we didn't feel too crowded. We were only in it at night to sleep anyway. The beach is gorgeous and so is the view. It is close to so many things like shops and restaurants. My son loved the ocean and we stayed on the beach for hours. I highly recommend this condo. Thanks for the wonderful memories.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
First visit to Hilton Head we now call paradise.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo in October of 2009, and loved it so much that we are returning again this year. (2010) The place is very well maintained, the view is breath taking, and it is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, shopping and eateries. Perfect for the two of us, but can accomodate more. Everything that anyone would need for a week or more to be comfortable, and relax for a week or more. These owners take very good care of their property, and we would recoment to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

WE ENJOYED THE STAY FROM THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN THE DOOR.. THE BALCONY WAS PERFECT FOR LOOKING AT THE OCEAN AND WE DID SEE DOLFINS SWIM BY THREE AFTERNOONS.IF YOU ARE A COUPLE LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT PLACE FOR VACATION I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.. THANKS LINDA

My husband and I really enjoyed our most recent trip to HHI. This condo directly faces the ocean, with beautiful views, but is just far enough away that you hear no noise from those enjoying themselves at the beach. The unit is nicely decorated, clean and bug-free (a must for me!) and the perfect size for the two of us for the week. We were able to cook great meals, enjoy the balcony for sunrise coffee and sunset drinks. The halls are quiet, so we were not disturbed in any way. I would return to this property and do recommend it to others.

This is the perfect little condo for a couple. It sleeps up to four, but I can't imagine staying here with children. However, for a couple, it was absolutely perfect. Not too big, not too small. The description given by the owner on this site are very accurate. This property was the cleanest rental property in which I have ever stayed, the dishes were even spotless. The views from the balcony are outstanding...be sure to watch for the rabbits and deer in the trees and bushes on the dunes. Very close to Coligny Plaza and all the shops and restaurants you can imagine. My only complaint, and it may not bother most people, was that due to the layout of the condo, the bedroom does not cool off very well; it is a bit far away from the hotel-type air conditioner, and in order to cool the bedroom, you have to get the living room area down to about 60 degrees and turn on all the fans. Like I said, a minor complaint, and probably won't bother most people; I however, am used to sleeping in a 65-68 degree bedroom. The owner was very courteous and very accommodating. It was difficult to find someone who was willing to rent for only two nights; I was very grateful to find this condo! For those more adventurous, I highly recommend going parasailing in HHI. This was our first time, but it won't be the last. Enjoy your stay!
