It is a newly constructed condo and comes with all of today's bells and whistles. A true luxury vacation awaits you in this low density complex(62 units - 3 units to a floor).
This spectacular Gulf-front unit features one of the largest balconies on the beach , with access from both master bedrooms and the living area. A third bedroom looks over Big Lagoon. The owner Pam went well over budget making sure the interior design was first class but somewhat playful! This is not your typical rental property. The owners use this as their second home and only offer it for rentals during the Spring and Summer months.

I have three rental vacation homes one in Island Tower, one in Orange Beach and a condo in Beaver Creek , Colorado.
We have also owned 5 other condos in Gulf Shores. We bought Island Tower preconstuction with the idea that this would be a long-term investment. I had more fun decorating it since I was able to completely furnish it new.
I have a wonderful husband named David and two teenage children. We live less than a hour from our Island Tower condo which is great for us. We makes it easy fo us to use it for weekend getaways.
It is so wonderful to sit on our balcony at Island Tower and see listen to the waves.
When our children start college we will have the opportunity to spend alot of our time there. Its truely confortable to live in with a large kitchen and nice laundry room. Not your typical beach condo!
Why the Owner Chose Island Tower
Island Tower is a first class building. It is a low density building with only three condos per floor. We love its central location. So easy to get to all we enjoy doing. Short walk to THe Hangout. We can walk to several of our favorite restaurants. The West Beach location is less crowded than many of the other surrounding beach areas.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Again location, location,location! What a luxury to not have to drive to lunch or dinner just walk over to Bahama Bob's. My teenagers can easily walk to The Hangout.
If I want to cook in I have a fully stocked kitchen.
I have space to entertain guests both inside my condo and on the oversized balcony.
When guests spend the night they stay in a second Master bedroom which has king bed , private bath room and gulf front view!

We recently stayed in this condo and wanted everyone to know what a wonderful experience we had! It was late July and we were attending my son's baseball World Series and had a perfect trip. The property was exactly as the pictures showed and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The two master bedrooms were perfect as my parents traveled with us. We loved that the kids room was at the other end of the condo as well. (Nice for noise) The balcony had enough seating for all of us to enjoy and the beach was perfect.We had a great time and really appreciate you sharing your condo with us. The unit was very nice, comfortable and well equipped. We stayed the week of the 4th while attending baseball Little League Nationals. We found the 'management' company difficult to work with and wondered why the unit was not offered directly BY OWNER. Our daughter had a very nice unit in the same building that was booked directly with the owner and had one of the very best experiences thus far through VRBO. The owner emailed several times to inquire about the oil situation and even offered an extra night at no charge. We were disappointed that we not able to work directly with the owner of such a nice unit and do question the Vacation Rental By Owner policies regarding third party management. We diffinitely will make sure to avoid this situation in the future.
