We wish WE could be there... but the next best thing would be for you to be enjoying our beautiful ski-in/ski-out townhome nestled in the woods on Big Mountain, at Whitefish Mountain Resort. Right on the Home Again ski trail, our home is the right half of a very private-feeling duplex, located on a quiet cul-de-sac with garage parking for two cars and paved space for two more. Elegantly but comfortably decorated, there is room to be cozy together in front of the fire or spread out through out the spacious rooms as you see fit. If at any time you don't want to ski, bike, walk or drive, soak in the hot tub or sit on the decks, there is bus service available to all the mountain amenities and, during the ski season, into the charming old-west town of Whitefish.
Beautiful both summer and winter...don't know which we enjoy most!
Ski Magazine ranks Whitefish Mountain #19 - "... No. 6–ranked vistas of vast mountains and lakes and unbelievable views into Glacier National Park. The resort’s strong rankings come from pleasing people across the board with its unpretentious charms, along with its longtime commitment to delivering the goods for a reasonable price. The results? A wonderful, family resort” with the awesome town of Whitefish just 10 minutes away."
Whitefish Mountain (a.k.a Big Mountain) is centrally located to the many Flathead Valley attractions including the spectacular(and unbelievably uncrowded) Glacier National Park, not to mention Whitefish Lake and Flathead Lake, along with other wonderful outdoor must-sees too numerous to mention. Did you know that Whitefish Mountain Resort is one of the few winter and summer resorts in the continental United States located within 20 miles of an airport served by comfortable, large jets?

What a great week we had here! Beautiful townhome with lots of room. You can't beat the location - ski in & out and easy walk to the village. Our family of four stayed here with friends, so we had total of 4 adults and 3 teenaged boys here. The home is very spacious with more than enough room for all of us; we liked that there was large spaces for us all to gather and also areas to "get away from it all." The hot tub was a huge hit with the guys, especially after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. Our only wish was that we had more time here...didn't get a chance to do some of the other available activities, such as snowmobiling, daytrip to Glacier and dogsled adventure. The town of Whitefish is just a short drive away and seems like a step back in time (in a good way!) We hope to stay here again in the future....couldn't ask for a better spot!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
