Located only minutes away from the Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Golf at this course is discounted for our guests. You will also have access to tennis courts and a swimming pool free of charge. A 10-minute drive will bring you to some of the areas most beautiful beaches (A-Bay, Spencer, and Puako).
The oleander hedge surounding the property gives you great privacy while you enjoy your home away from home. A deck is available on which to enjoy your morning coffee, or go to the lower deck to enjoy a nice relaxing soak in the jetted hot tub.
A grocery store, restaurants, equipment rental, gas station, and convenience store are just minutes away. The yard is surrounded by tall oleander, providing privacy while relaxing. Skylights give light and provide great circulation for a cool retreat from the tropical sun. A quick drive will take you to cool Kamuela and Parker Ranch. Great beaches and scenic drives are easy to access from Waikoloa.

Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Village
As a family, we lived in this house from 2004-2006. Because of work we moved back to Alaska and decided to use this house as a vacation rental. We loved the house and found it comfortable, spacious, and private. We try to go back annually to enjoy some tropical weather and perform the necessary maintenence.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the idea that our kids each have their own private sleeping areas and bathrooms. The house was perfect for visitors as well; the back bedroom is like its own little suite.

This property was our family home until work brought us home to Alaska. We completely refurnished and equipped the house in order to rent it as a vacation rental. We know you'll enjoy its comfort as much as we did.
