Enjoy the pool table, hot tub, high-speed internet access, and digital cable television. Located only minutes away from the Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Golf is discounted for our guests. You will also have access to tennis courts and a swimming pool free of charge. A 10-minute drive will bring you to some of the areas most beautiful beaches (A-Bay, Spencer, and Puako).
The oleander hedge surounding the property gives you great privacy while you enjoy your home away from home.
A grocery store, restaurants, equipment rental, gas station, and convenience store are just minutes away. The yard is surrounded by tall oleander, providing privacy while relaxing. Skylights give light and provide great circulation for a cool retreat when needed. A quick drive will take you to cool Kamuela and Parker Ranch. Great beaches and scenic drives are easy to access from Waikoloa.

As a family, we lived in this house from 2004-2006. Because of work we moved back to Alaska and decided to use this house as a vacation rental. We loved the house and found it comfortable, spacious, and private.
