One of the largest homes in the beach area. Pacific Beach upper class neighbor. Everything is just a few steps away. I mean everything!! (beaches, bay, restaurants, bars, nightlife, grocery store, shopping and etc.)
Boat, jet-ski rentals available. One of the few houses that actually has a beautiful landscape front yard with grass and backyard with plenty of patio room with patio furniture. Jacuzzi outside and a jacuzzi inside. Skylight throughout the house. One parking space.

EXCELLENT rental! My family stayed for a week and really enjoyed this rental house. We walked to the beach and restaurants everyday. The property has a walled in private yard which was nice for the kids to play. We plan on renting this house again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The property is not excellent nor luxury, is not "steps" from the bay, and is in no way shape or form handicap accessible; you may access the property's front door with a wheelchair but one who is handicapped may not access anything else in the home. The toilets are not regulation height for handicap access and the bathroom/shower lack handicap bars, with the downstairs beds stacked on cinder block. This house has a deck and a balcony...you may not access either one! This is a large home with lots of beds...but renter beware. I tried to challenge the charge of the full amount with my credit card because of the mentioned deficiencies to no avail and the owner was, let's say, less than forthcoming about the deficiencies.Owner response: This renter was the worse ever! She spent the whole week trying to find ways to get a refund because her cousin that was supposed to pay for half the rental backed out. She was adamant on only paying her half and intended from the start to make up reasons to dispute to credit card company and get a refund. On the second day I visited her at the rental and she said the house was wonderful but there was no way she could afford it and started fake crying and asking me for a refund. Handicap accessible? The contract clearly states the property entry is accessible to the handicap but not handicap equipped! In conclusion the renter just wanted a freebie, I'm sure she has perform the same shenanigans in past. Management
