Completely remodeled, this penthouse suite has a modern twist in a historic building. It features a 19 foot vaulted-sloped ceiling, exposed original brick walls, bamboo floors throughout, and a large private terrace. The suite has a new kitchen and a large bathroom with river rock tile shower. The one bedroom is slightly small but extremely comfortable; however there is an additional sleeping loft which makes up for the size (so basically 1 1/2 bedrooms). Your private washer/dryer is located in large bedroom closet!
Architectural details include three (3) large arched windows facing north with complete unobstructed views of Nob Hill and part of the bay. The double glass front door opens EAST to the terrace with BREATHTAKING entire skyline views. You are completely surrounded by city views!
The terrace has your own dining table, fountain, heat lamp, and outdoor speaker attached to the stereo system. At night, this space really shines when it becomes very private and romantic. With accent lighting shining on the brick and the open open floor plan, the space has a warm texture.
This penthouse is one of the only two residential suites located in the building. It takes the entire North Endcap of the building and shares no common walls with any residence. Thus, at night you are free to enjoy the awesome stereo system or maximum surround sound of the flat screen TV home theatre system.
The penthouse is attached to a high end med spa and access is through the med spa lobby and private terrace. For guests booking over one week, there is a complimentary med spa service (massage, facial, laser hair removal, or skin resurfacing). This a value of $100-$250! In addition, the med spa receptionist is available for your individual needs 7 days/week from 9am-6pm. With no additional charge, such services include dinner/theatre reservations and light administration duties (ie. faxes and messages for you corporate guest). The building has a 24 hour security guard.
Overall, your stay is sure to be a rare "City" experience for a very reasonable price.
