This paradise getaway is located in one of the most desirable areas in Manzanita. Close to the beach, coffee, shopping, restaurants, pub, grocery stores and wine-bar, you won’t even need to get in your car once you’ve arrived!
The house was built by a locally renowned builder and has been constructed with superior materials and craftsmanship that you must see to truly appreciate. Located a block and a half from the beach and half a block from the main street in town, this house is perfect for vacationing, enjoying a quiet weekend, family reunion, or celebrating a special event.
The entrance floor features a living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace with gorgeous stone exterior, skylights that flood the room with natural light, and a spectacular kitchen that is open to the expansive living room. The kitchen features Corian countertops, top of the line appliances, beautiful maple cabinets and floors, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, to just name a few amenities. The bar makes a great place to sit and chat with the chef and/or lay out the hors d'ouvres for happy hour. From the kitchen, you can walk out on the deck and barbeque on the gas grill, dine outdoors or just sit outside and listen to the sound of the waves.
The master suite is located on the main floor with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows. This is a wonderful room with well-appointed furnishings and art, natural light and a decadent ambiance that might make you want to curl up and read a book in bed. The master bathroom features an oversize Jacuzzi bath; double headed shower and slate steam room that are too wonderful to even try and describe; marble counters with double sink; with natural slate and tile throughout. Upstairs features a junior Queen suite with sitting areas and opening skylight to hear the ocean. Two additional bedrooms feature double twin beds in each room; there is a loft with futon and built-in desk; bathroom with shower on second floor; master crafted railing that allows guests to be part of the action downstairs in the living room while enjoying a quiet read upstairs in the loft.

My granddaughter called the Manzanita rental "the BIG beach house" and loved every minute of staying there in July. She liked the big downstairs bathroom, the big upstairs playroom, and her bright happy bedroom that was complete with many books. I think the house was more of a hit than the ocean. It was a perfect choice for us, our grown children and our grandchildren. We especially liked being in walking distance of beach, shopping, dining and the city park's nice playground.

This house, amentities, location, etc all exceeded our expectations. It proved to be perfect for "our" part of a large extended family that has been visiting Manzanita yearly since 1993 and the northern Oregon coast for over fifty years. The children and adults throughly enjoyed the spacious and well laid out communal areas as well as the bedrooms, particularly the master suite. We would highly recommed this house to anyone looking for a great vacation.

This was such an amazing place, and we were so pleased with our selection. The house is perfect - excellent floor plan that allowed everyone a wonderful space to relax, sleep, and perfect for entertaining. Our kids had amazing time, as the house had toy baskets in every room, booster seat, and a wonderful selection of toys. We will definitely choose the same house time and time again. Oh yeah - the proximity to the beach and town, you just can't beat it. Heather was a pleasure to communicate with. I can't say enough about this home and Manzanita. Thank you, thank you Heather. We'll plan our next visit soon!!

This house is only half a block from the main street of Manzanita, and another few steps to the beach. Very comfortable and well-appointed, with attractive but not over-the-top decoration throughout. The first floor has a large master suite with a truly lavish bath - soaking tub, double sinks, large double-headed steam shower and separate water closet. Three more bedrooms upstairs, one king and two twin doubles, with a full (but ordinary) bathroom. We were able to spread out and really relax. The house was vey clean when we arrived, and towels, sheets etc were nice quality. Great for families as there are lots of toys and games (although no cable or satellite, if that's what you're used to). No beach supplies to speak of, so bring your own towels, chairs, beach toys etc. Kitchen is big enough to actually cook in, with good appliances and workable (but not fancy) equipment. We were delighted that many basic cooking supplies were already there (oil, vinegar, refrigerator staples) so we didn't need to buy every little thing. This is good as there are not too many restaurants in Manzanita, so we're glad if we can at least make breakfast and lunch at home. Lots to love in Manzanita and this house makes it easy to enjoy.

I had a bunch of friends coming in from out of state for this little reunion weekend. This place had everything we needed to hang out and reconnect. It has great gathering places and also quiet bedrooms to get away from the main area. Loved it!!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Manzanita celebrating my mom's birthday with a large family gathering...I was able to "host" her birthday dinner in this beautiful home...comfortable, well thought out design, spacious, and lots of natural lighting! The fireplace was delightful on the chilly mornings. Beautiful new washer and dryer, lots of extra chairs and card table if needed. Loved the location - stores right around the corner and the beach just a block away! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and we won't hesitate to return. Wish this property was my own to enjoy again and again!

I rented this house for a girl's weekend away to celebrate a friends upcoming wedding. We loved being so close to the main street for resturants and shopping as well as being so close to the beach (we even got a sunny day). The house is beautiful and was big enough to accomadate our group of friends.
