Welcome to Villa Exotica, a comfortable home, located on one of Costa Rica’s most fabulous beaches. Spectacular views great you at every turn. At dusk, you’ll want to end the day on the beach watching a spectacular sunset.
Spice up your vacation with a wide variety of activities available nearby. There’s something for everyone. Guided sport fishing, bird watching, sea kayaking, horse back riding, hiking in the mountains, snorkeling and surfing. If you want to bike, there’s nothing quite like the thrill of riding on the beach at low tide, where the sand is hard and the pedaling is easy. There’s also an open air butterfly farm within a 15 minute drive. Depending on the season, there are also nesting turtles to see on some of the nearby beaches.
Several excellent and reasonably priced restaurants are nearby. For those seeking a taste of the local nightlife, there are several interesting bars within a 10 to 12 minute drive.
The house is clean, simple and relaxing. Everything you need is included – fridge, propane stove, comfortable furniture and double bed. Fans and the ocean breeze keep the indoor temperature comfortable.
A rancho, provides an outdoor living area, where you can read, eat or simply relax in a hammock.
On occasion, howler monkeys come by to visit the fruit trees in the back yard. It’s fascinating to see these gentle creatures up close.
