Welcome to our private beach home located in the attractive North Beach area on Seabrook Island, close to the beach! Relax on the rocking chairs on any of the decks and listen to the ocean's waves. The ocean is a short walk from the house - a boardwalk is located across the street. This beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is waiting for you! With cathedral ceilings throughout, a bonus sunroom on the second floor, 52" flat screen TV's, WiFi, unlimited long distance phone calls, and impeccable attention to detail, this house is the one for your Seabrook vacation! Beach chairs and a cart to haul everything to the beach are also available for your use.
All the bedrooms are large, giving you ample room to relax after a day at the beach. The master has a queen size, 4 poster bed with a wet bar, flat screen TV, wall of windows which open up to a large deck. The attached bath has a jacuzzi tub, two separate vanities with sinks, a large walk-in closet and shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a full size bed. The other bedroom upstairs has a day bed with a trundle for additional sleeping. Downstairs are two more bedrooms. A second master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, TV/VCR, sitting area and remodeled bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a queen size bed, with a full bath next door. All rooms are beautifully decorated!
A very quiet setting with great wildlife viewing (deer, foxes, bobcats, and birds) and wonderful for family outings. A screened porch dining area with a new gas grill and rocking chairs makes outdoor living simple. Enjoy family and friends while rocking on the deck, listening to the waves of the ocean!
The family room has cathedral ceilings, a gas-log fireplace, plenty of seating and a large, flat screen TV with a DVD player. Upstairs is a den with another large screen TV, DVD player, game table, massage chairs and games for the children!
This home has just come on the rental market! What a way to spend your vacation! Seabrook Island Club amenity cards are included in teh rent!
