This rental is in a unique complex tucked away off the Intracoastal Waterway at an 88 slip Marina right across from the quiet sandy beaches of Madeira. Located on the Gulf of Mexico just south of Clearwater Beach and just north of St. Pete Beach. The Unit looks brand new having recently been completely renovated and professionally decorated in a lovely Key West theme, you will it to be both relaxing and uplifting at the same time.
Sunlight and ocean breezes envelope you through the large windows, sliding glass doors and screened-in patios. Everything in this condo is modern from the kitchen appliances, to the Italian-tiled shower, to the linens and cookware.
This condo is ideal for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. We have had family reunions, honeymooners, newlyweds, retired couples and singles all stay with us for a really enjoyable vacation.
Busch Gardens, Dali museum, Disney World, Sea World, Cypress Gardens, and the Florida Aquarium are all within driving distance. Clearwater Beach is just a short drive to the north up Gulf Blvd and St Pete Beach is just south. Pass-a-grille and Treasure Island are located just south of us via Gulf Blvd.
The Madeira Beach Yacht Club (MBYC) is the best value on the Gulf beaches; and these few first and second floor units are currently the most coveted rentals in the complex. A mere 300 yards from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and just steps away from the 88 slip marina, it's ideally situated for your stay in Florida. Many of the other famous Gulf beaches such as Belleair Beach, Belleair Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, North Redington Beach, Redington Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach are a short drive away. The Gulf Coast Trolley runs up and down Gulf Blvd to these other beaches daily every 15 minutes from 6 am to midnight.
The MBYC community is gated for your security and piece of mind.
The complex features two heated swimming pools, an exercise room with a sauna and whirlpool as well as four fishing piers on the waterway. Boating, swimming, fishing, cruising, scuba, and jet skis are all available.
Restaurants, supermarket, drug store, dry cleaner, shops, a library, and post office are all nearby. You can walk to everything. There is no need for a car.
The condo is fully-equipped for a week or month stay - just add food. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit. We have a large screen TV, Stereo, VCR and DVD players and TV in the bedroom. Cable TV, high speed Internet and all utilities are included. Maid service can also be arranged on short notice.

This was our first time to stay at this condo, but we will be back! This unit is decorated beautifully but still very comfortable. The dual reclining sofa is a godsend after a day at the beach/pool. The king-sized bed is incredibly comfortable. The owners have thought of everything a vacationer needs, including the beach towels and wine bottle opener! Within easy walking distance to a Winn-Dixie grocery store and the Gulf of Mexico. If you are looking for a comfortable AND affordible place in Madeira Beach, stay here....you won't be disappointed!Owner response: Thanks Cheryl! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Outstanding place!! Everything you need is in condo!! Pool right outside the door!! Beach a short walk across the street!! Condo is Modern and spotless!! Will definitly stay there again!! Owner is great to work with!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Thanks so much for the condo last week. It is truly what the pictures show and so much more. We appreciate all the extras that you provided (chairs, noodles, umbrellas, etc) The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids had so much fun at the pool and the beach. The kids got to see blue crabs, stingrays, lots of shells and some cool sheepshead fish at the beach. What a great vacation!!Can't wait to come back again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
