Why the Owner Chose Pinetop
We chose "The Village" location in Pinetop because it is close to many resort amenities. The gated community is safe for all ages and yet has an open feel so you can take a nice easy walking trail in the pines close to home.
The Unique Benefits at this 1750 Sq Ft. Condo Single Level
The Pinetop/Lakeside Country Club is within a short walk and is open to the public. It has an 18 hole golf course, driving range and tennis courts. There is great dinning also available. Call and make an appointment for your tee time.
The Sunrise Ski Resort is 35 miles from our home and you can rent all your ski equipment at the lodge. The downhill and snowboarding is some of the best for people coming from the desert area for a weekend get-away.
Hon Dah Casino is 2 miles up the road and provides nightly entertainment, dancing and gambling. It's the nightspot to be and is open 7/24.
We have a lake, Woodland, for fishing trout and bass, BBQ your lunch, swings and picnic tables along with a walking trail around the lake. Just a mile from us.
There are many fine dining restaraunts within a short drive or many fast food places for the kids, you choose.
Here is where you will be staying during your vacation. It is a gated community and very safe for children.
Open to the public, 18 hole golf course, driving range, putting green and tennis courts. Also a fine dining restaurant is within a short walk.
A 7/24 Casino and nightclub with dancing, dining and entertainment for adults.
35 miles from our home is one of the best downhill and snowboarding ski slopes in Arizona. Check calender for season. Ski rentals available at resort.
Great fishing for trout and bass, picnic area with slides and play area for the kids. Also has a nice walking trail around the lake.

My family and I love going to the mountains with wildlife and hiking in the Summer and skiing and throwing snowballs in the Winter. We discovered Pinetop, Arizona by accident through a friend's invitation and immediately fell in love with the beauty of the Pines and the resort feel of being close to many of our favorite activities. We bought this home as a get-a-way for our family to enjoy, bring our Grandchildren to, and also for our friends and guests like yourself to enjoy. We take personal pride in providing a well equipped vacation home that is ready for you to relax and discover all that the White Mountains offer.
