This contemporary home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a very private outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. We are located less than 50 feet from one of the nicest beaches on the east coast in the Chadwick Beach section of Lavallette. No need to cross any streets to get to the beach!
The house has central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room, wall-to-wall carpeting, broadband internet with wired and wireless (WiFi) access, and a large second floor balcony accessible from 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and ocean views from the oversized balcony!!
Fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, cutlery, dinner & glassware, wine glasses, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher. You must supply your own linens and towels.
Sleeps up to 10 people as follows:
Bdrm 1: Queen Bed (access to balcony);
Bdrm 2: Queen Bed;
Bdrm 3: 1 bunk (twin top bunk & double futon bottom bunk; access to balcony);
Bdrm 4: 2 Twin beds and 1 Twin Size Trundle bed;
plus 1 Queen futon in the living room.

-Sorry, no group rentals. This is a family oriented neighborhood.

My wife found this property when we visited Chadwick Beach in 2008 and we decided we'd stay here when we next visited the Jersey Shore. That was last week, and the house was wonderful. Really roomy with a great balcony view of the ocean. Being so close to the ocean also meant for some great breezes, and the open floor plan and tons of windows welcomed the breeze into the house. The bedrooms were perfect for 2 couples and 2 kids. 4 rooms total, all nice sized, and two of the rooms connected to the balcony! Can't say enough good things about this home and its owner. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be close to the beach without spending 3 months salary!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.
