The Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant & Tiki Bar is right next door and open for lunch and dinner. Year Purchased: 2005
Since our five kids have started their own lives in various locations, we have had the opportunity to travel to some really great places. I'm more the warm weather type but my wife will go anywhere, anytime. Fortunately, Grand Cayman is only a little over a one hour flight from our Florida home so we can visit several times each year.

We named our place "First Look" and once you've seen Grand Cayman, you'll know why. The quieter side of the island fits us perfectly. It may be quiet, but we have some of the best restaurants on the island and our beaches are the best
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Even though we step out our back door on to a beautiful white sand beach, we still jump on our bikes and ride up to Rum Point, one of the magical places on the island. From sea-sports, including jet-skiing, sailing, and snorkeling to toes-in-the-sand dining at the Wreck Bar, Rum Point offers a variety of things to do.
