The apartment has air conditioners in both bedrooms and living room; the master bedroom has a queen size bed with full bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and in the sitting area there is a sofa bed.
The apartment is fully furnished (including washer and drier) and linens are provided. It includes access to two swimming pools and a large covered area, tennis courts, a beach volley ball court and a large green space (eight acres of land).
Rincón has many restaurants, snorkeling in a Marine Reserve, surfing, a bi-monthy farmers market, and a relaxed atmosphere. The town is only 25 minutes from Borinquen Airport (BQN), currently served by Continental, Delta and JetBlue. We are only 20 minutes away from Mayaguez where you can find many other supermarkets, Sam's Club, K-Mart, movie theaters, two casinos and more.
The Arecibo Observatory, the Camuy Caves and the Phosphorescent Bay in La Parguera are just 1.5 hour drives.
Whether you want to surf, go beachcombing or just watch for the fabled emerald drop at sunset, Rincon is the place.
A bonus for bikers: bike to trails just northwest of Rincon, near a restored lighthouse with a a beautiful park for whale viewing, and Puerto Rico's best surfing beaches.
