Our bright,comfortable,and fully equipped beach house is a short 100 step stroll to the Ocean and directly across from the peaceful and quiet Sand Dollar Lake in the popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach, SC. It will sleep 12 comfortably. It has a very large and beautiful private master bedroom suite with a private deck on the second floor plus two additional queen bedrooms that can also be turned into private master suites because they connect to the main hallway bathrooms via a second private bathroom door. This is a perfect house for 3 families to share for a great summer vacation.
Ocean Lakes was named 2010-2011 “Campground of the Year” again! It’s a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, secured community with many organized activities for kids, teens, and adults. Just 10 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach and the airport, this is the most complete oceanfront resort community on the East Coast, providing a safe and fun environment for your family. After a hot and sunny day on the beach, enjoy a cold cocktail on one of our two decks while taking in refreshing views of the lake. The glider swing on the lower deck is the perfect place to enjoy a good book or just to lull you to sleep.
Our spacious open floor plan is ideal for large families as there is plenty of gathering space to play board games, video games, enjoy family meals, or just a quiet movie. You will be able to keep an eye on the children playing in the family room while you start dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. There is ample space for everyone with the breakfast bar and full size dining area. For your convenience, all appliances are included, even a blender to make the perfect Margaritas. A full size washer/dryer is conveniently located in a closet off the kitchen.
The living room has a brand new Queen-size sofa bed and matching loveseat with a large 27 inch TV and DVD player. A private bedroom with a Queen-size bed and television with access to the a full bathroom via a separate jack and jill completes the first floor.
The upstairs level features a large open hallway with plenty of storage space and three separate bedrooms: 1 Queen bedroom; 1 children’s room that has a bunk unit with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top plus a single twin bed ; and a large Master bedroom that has two queen beds with a large bay window reading nook and plenty of room for a travel crib or pack n play. The Master bedroom has its own private access to the upstairs deck, a private bathroom with a garden soaking tub, and a double sink vanity. There is also another full bathroom in the upstairs hallway.
Our charming and affordable 4 bedroom/3bathroom beach house can comfortably accommodate a total of 14 people (A maximum of 10 adults and 4 children.) There is ample covered parking for 4 cars, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off sand.

For your convenience, there is unlimited long distance calling to the US and Canada along with wireless high speed internet. So bring your laptop but don’t spend too much time working while on vacation. Extended cable is available on all TV’s as well.
All cleaning products are also provided for you to clean with at departure time. Cleaning service is arranged for an additional $125.00. There are also 2 vacuums in the house one upstairs and one downstairs
Bed/bath linens can be provided through a linen service. All you have to pack are your beach towels and toys, paper products and don’t forget your toothbrushes. That’s all you’ll need to enjoy this tropical paradise.
* Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families and not a group of young singles under the age of 25.
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $5.00 per day for parking passes.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day we can only accept weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

Check out time is 10:00 am
A down payment of $400 is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date for weekly summer rentals. If you would need to cancel and we are able to re-rent the house, we'll gladly refund all payment except for a $50.00 administrative fee.
A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required to rent this house and will be promptly refunded the week after your departure if everything is intact.

This house is very well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. The owners, as well as the property managers there at Ocean Lakes, were friendly and helpful. It was especially nice to have a contact there on property for any questions guests might have concerning the home. Would definitely give a good recommendation for this vacation home.

We stayed in this house in June 2011 and it was perfecrt. It had all the amentities that anyone could need a more. Our kids loved the location so close to the lake which made fishing a breeze! The owners were great to work with and made everything run smoothly. I would recommend this house to all families small and large!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely beach house that had every amenity we needed. It is well cared for, roomy and comfortable. We had a short, and easy walk to the beach and also a bonus for us was being near the lake which was so calming. In the early morning and often in the evening we watched the ducks, & turtles, and were amused by the large swan caring for and feeding her 4 cygnets on the lake. The deck swing provided a peaceful place for us to read a good book and just relax. This is a great place for families with children as they have a pool, and recreation center with daily activities available within a short walk or golf car ride. Also enjoyed a visit to nearby Murrells Inlet for a walk on the Marsh Walk and stop at Creek Ratz restaurant for a great fish sandwich. Outdoor seating & music is provided at several of the restaurants on the Marsh Walk. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend renting this lovely beach home.

I had the opportunity to rent this property for the Month of March.It is a bright, cheery place that is decorated to make you feel at home. It's location is very convient to the beach and other activities at Ocean Lakes. The owners were very responsive to any questions I may have had prior to and during my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who has an interest in Ocean Lakes rentals.

My fiance and our 6 children had a wonderful time in this rental. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very close to one of the lakes which is good for fishing or just relaxing and watching the ducks. It is also very close to the beach. Just a short walk. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We will definately return.
