Why the Owner Chose Other Olde Naples Properties
Our best friends bought a condo in 2005 at the corner of 7th Ave. S. and West Lake Drive and let us use it for several weeks a year. We discovered this location cannot be beat - walking distance to 3rd St and 5th Ave. and so close to the beach. When we began our search for a place of our own, we gave the real estate agent a 4 block area. We knew, after having had the best, we couldn't live anywhere else!
The Unique Benefits at this Beach Duplex Villa
Most condos in downtown Olde Naples are in large square buildings with very little outdoor space and not much privacy. We immediately fell in love with Beach Walk because of its unique charm, outdoor space, and sense of privacy. We were thrilled to find all of this, especially because Beach Walk is only 2 blocks from the beach. There really isn't another place in that area that offers all that Beach Walk does.
