Our water front home within a gated community is Bright and breezy with great views, common area pool and basketball court, centrally located for all your shopping, dining and adventure needs such as parasailing, wake boarding, water skiing, scuba diving, Jet Sking… all the tourist attractions!!
Hawaii Kai, on the east end of Oahu, is one of the most spectacular communities on the island, known for its quality of life and easy access to ocean amenities. Hawaii Kai is about 12 miles from downtown Honolulu, has easy access to the H1 Freeway, enjoy a good variety of beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, movie theaters and restaurants.
Hanauma Bay Beach Park is one of its greatest attractions. Hawaii Kai is one of Oahu's premier planned communities with Costco for shopping and everything from a plate lunch to Roy’s, Outback Steak house or Sharkeez bar and grill right around the corner. We do have air conditioning but there is no need to use it with this open floor plan allowing the trade winds to enter through the lanai and out the French doors opening up to the master bedroom patio.
Enjoy High speed internet access and our Plasma TV in the Master and our LCD 42” flat screen with surround sound in the living room. With Marina & mountain views from dining, living room, kitchen & covered lanai enjoy watching the boats and paddlers cruise by or take one of our kayaks for an excursion of your own with easy access to the ocean.
Enjoy our professional tropical landscaped fenced in yard with soothing pebble stone walkway from the carport to the front door and Lanai. Inside enjoy wonderful marble tile flooring thru out. There is a built in planter separating the kitchen form the living room with kitchen breakfast nook. Our Boat dock is just a few steps from lanai and a great place for the kids to fish, feed the ducks, to sunbathe or launch the kayak from.
