Newly re-modeled, this Condo located in historic Copper Bottom Inn is within walking distance of Old Town Park City and Park City Ski Resort. Bus service to Utah's nearby ski resorts -- Deer Valley, The Canyons -- is convenient and free! Shuttle transport from Salt Lake City Airport (30 minutes away). Two ski rental stores are next door or within walking distance- JANS Mountain Outfitters and Cole Sport.

The interior of our one-bedroom condo are cozy and well-appointed, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, two flat-screen TVs, wireless/DSL internet and telephone. Plus....Chez Betty, a world-class restaurant is right on site. Our condo is an exceptional value, any time of the year....especially during Sundance Film Festival.
This just in from UTA: "Also for the first time this winter, public transportation will stretch from Salt Lake City to Park City. Beginning Oct. 2 the long-awaited UTA bus service running up Parley’s Canyon will bring Salt Lake City residents and visitors to the slopes of Canyons Resort, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley and connect with Park City’s transit service. A one-way fare will cost $5.50. Plans call for 16 buses a day during the peak months of December to April, and 12 a day from May to November." Getting to Park City has never been easier or more affordable!

Outstanding condo. Exceptionally clean and perfect in every way. Two full bathrooms is nice and plenty of room for two people to stay comfortably. Might be a little crowded for four as the rooms are not huge, but for a couple and perhaps a child or two -- perfect. Location is great if a skier -- PC mountain very close (could walk it in a pinch but not with skis). Grocery store, CVS, Starbucks, etc. right outside the front door. Parking is easy and plentiful. Been going to PC for 15 years and would absolutely put this condo at the top of list. Lara and Pete were great to deal with as well, made it all seamless. Highly highly recommended

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Everything you could need was at your fingertips. I did not expect shampoo/conditioner, etc to be provided and was pleasantly surprised to find it there. Decorated wonderfully with a great view of the mountain and a very easy to access location. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a 1 bedroom rental. I will most definitely be renting again next year. Thank you Rude family for helping make my stay in Park City even better.

We stayed at this property for Sundance 2011. Great location for skiing/snowboarding as well as Sundance actities. The condo was in great condition and was supplied with all the essentials. I will defininately consider this for our next trip to Park City.

We stayed at this property for four nights. Great location with a view of Park City Resort from the living room. The condo was immaculate, new, stocked with all the essentials, close to everything. The owners were responsive, very helpful and GREAT to work with. We will definitely consider this location for our next stay.

My husband and I have stayed at this condo two years in a row. We love the location in Park City, so convenient to walk or ride the free shuttle anywhere you want to go. It is clean,comfortable, modern and hip! The owners are cool too! We will be back next year!

Loved this property! Great location - convenient to all Park City. Great restaurant in building (Chez Betty). Loved having 2 full bathrooms - this really made a difference given we were 3 traveling females. Great decor and very clean. No issues with parking. Never went into basement to ck out laundry, sauna, etc

This condo was great for a group of 4. My family and I went for the weekend and enjoyed experiencing Park City for the first time. Great property! I would recommend it to couples or groups of 4. It was very cozy and well kept and clean! It had everything we needed when we decided to stay in and very centrally located when we wanted to go out!
