I decided to buy a condominium at aina nalu because of its excellent location in Lahaina close to nearly everything and I love the lush tropical feel of Hawaii. I've been involved with aina nalu since its beginning when I was with the Real Estate Company that marketed and sold aina nalu as it was being renovated in 2004-2005. I knew what I was buying.

Its the "Aloha" ......that I share with my guests that will make staying in my condo different than staying in another VRBO condo or staying at aina nalu through Outrigger. I give Personal Service and Attention to guests that stay in my condo. I'll greet you at the property or at the airport to assure you find your way without any problem. I'll be there to give you a tour of the property and the condo. Sharing tips on activities that are a must do ... and ones you may not want to do. I'll let you know where to shop and SAVE money. I live on Maui and I am at aina nalu several times per week .......I am nearly always nearby. Your not just another guest to fill up the owners units as through the hotel and your not a guest in my condo thousands of miles away. You are my Personal Guest....... Please Enjoy Your Stay.

I've been associated with the aina nalu property since renovations were started in 2005. During the first year of renovations at aina nalu I was the primary on site sales person for the Real Estate office that marketed and sold the aina nalu condos during the first year as they were being renovated.
