Pelican Beach Villas reside on the tranquil laid back island of Vieques. Vieques shoulders off the southeast corner of Puerto Rico with the sparkling Caribbean sea on the southern shores and the magnificent Atlantic lapping off the northern coast.

The island is known for its' natural beauty, countless beaches many of which you are the only visitor for the day, wonderful restaurants, warm friendly people and perhaps the most memorable experience the bio illuminating bay by night!

The Pelican Beach Villas offer a unique combination of accommodations on the island of Vieques. The compound includes three, three bedroom, two bath private homes, pool, hammocks, gazebo and the inviting Caribbean blue sea. Pelican Beach Villas are a favorite for family reunions, work shops and retreats because they can accommodate up to 22 people although, we also are happy to rent the villas out separately for relaxing getaways or smaller family vacations.

PELICAN BEACH VILLA I: Walk out your front door to a hammock swinging between the palms and the turquoise blue sea, let your mind melt into the slow rhythms of island life. This charming single level beach front Caribbean home has three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen with indoor eating bar, living room and covered out door dining. The villa can be rented in conjunction with the other two villas or privately.

PELICAN BEACH VILLA II & III: These spacious three story homes are built above a full floor car port allowing the second and third floor living areas to have views of the ocean. They are situated behind Pelican Villa I, 50 passes via a private walk way to the beach. The shuffleboard and gazebo are conveniently located between the two. Each villa has vaulted ceilings, three bedrooms, two baths, a loft with a cean view balcony, a large veranda on the main floor, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room.

The homes can be rented in conjunction with the other villas or privately.
