This house has three floors and over 3000 sq. feet of living space. The main floor has 3 bedrooms to sleep max of 6 people, a huge living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a wide balcony to look out 180 degrees of the ocean views. Upstairs is a loft area and the downstairs is a bar/pool table room.
Every bedroom and the living room admire unobstructed Pacific Ocean and beach views. Over a 1-acre+ property, you have a private swimming pool and abundant flowers.
We are located in a gated community in the town of Tunquen, which is a one-hour driving west of Santiago Airport and 45 minutes east from Vina del Mar. Only the residents of this community have a road access to the white beach in front. In reality, you have a mile of private beach even in the summer weekend when the nearby beaches get jam packed.
In the neighborhood, a serene fisherman’s village, Quintay, offers the freshest seafood and a lively town of Algarrobo attracts weekenders and tourists. You can drive the coast line for 30 minutes to visit Pablo Neruda’s house in Isla Negra or head toward Casablanca Valley to try one of those fantastic restaurants run by wineries.
Our maid lives next-door on the same property. She comes and organizes the house from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Her assistance is included in this rental offer.
The house will be available for the whole summer time in Chile, i.e., from December through March-end.
