The Beach Retreat is a bright and sunny single level home, located a block from the cloistered family-oriented 12th Avenue Beach, at the bottom of our very quiet street. It has everything one would need for a relaxing beach vacation for swimming, playing, sitting, or walking.
This welcoming beach home, which sleeps 6, has two comfortable master bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. Each bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink. The comfortable living room, which includes a full size futon, surrounds a unique gas fireplace. A fully equipped, functioning kitchen, inviting dining room, laundry, and private back deck with gas barbeque, are all set up for your enjoyment. There is also a sunny upstairs deck for lounging and relaxing. Linens are included.
Walk a short block to the top of our street to popular cafes, restaurants,a Farmers Market in the summer.
A walk along the sand brings you to the Yacht Harbor with all its amenities, restaurants and cafes.
The Santa Cruz Boardwalk is a 5 minute drive away.
Four local Golf courses are within a 5 mile radius. The Monterey peninsular golf courses and Aquarium are a 45 minute drive away.
