We had a fabulous time at the condo. The property is beautiful, well furnished and well-equipped for renters. The ocean and pool views from the balcony are stunning. The owner and property manager were great to work with. Many restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, a golf course, tennis courts and many other amenities are available within 5 miles of the condo, making it very convenient for tourists. We will definitely be back!

The apartment has all the amenities expected for a great holiday, but mainly is located in a strategic place to visit different places of interest. Be sure to visit the Jobo beach just 15 minutes perfect for children, enjoy bowling front of the airport, the beaches of Rincon if you like surfing, visit the Arecibo telescope one and half hours from the apartment or simply enjoy the pool in the night that is a delight. In a few words, you just find a great place to enjoy your vacation!

Where do I begin...? This apartment was just as it was described on the website. The property was very clean; it had everything we needed and more. It is tastefully decorated, every detail carefully planned to make us feel right at home. The location has a take your breath away view, I so miss waking up and having my coffee on the balcony while looking at the Atlantic Ocean. If you like how that sounds the sunsets are even better. The kids enjoyed the pool so much they hardly enjoyed the great TV and sound system; the owners even left a varied selection of movies for us. Maria was very accommodating as well as Sammy and Amelia, I was planning my vacation at a very stressful time and they were very gracious and helpful. I got back the Security deposit just as promised, just a few days after our stay was completed. I have already begun recommending the property to all of my friends and coworkers and after seeing the pictures I took many have started making plans to visit. I am sure that we will be back at Puerta del Mar very soon. Thank you again for our best family vacation yet!

Dear Owner, Well our visit to Puerto Rico was amazing and the experience at this location was beyond our expectations; we had the time of our lives. My husband, cousin and kids were very pleased with the accommodation at this beautiful place and the owner of this Condo thought of everything from beach chairs, to the kitchen and personal items like (hair dryer, flat iron...etc.) We were very impressed, is like we left our home in Florida and went to our own Condo in Puerto Rico. The question here is; would we do it again? The answer will beYES... We want to thank the owner of this condo (Maria) for letting us rent her unit from May 4th - May 11th. We had a fabulous stay! I will definitely be back! All the information on the website is accurate and everyone's rave reviews are well-deserved. My deposit was returned swiftly - in fact it beat me back to my house! I recommend zip-lining at Toro Verde in Orocovis. That was a fabulous day trip from Aguadilla. We also spent time in Culebra and San Juan. I really preferred our stay here to our time at the Intercontinental Hotel in San Juan if that tells you anything! And Crashboat Beach actually rivaled the beach at Culebra! We had a great time!

My Condo stay.

My two sons and I arrived on Sat. March 19, 2011 for a week’s stay in Puerto Rico. We weren't sure of what we would find for accommodations. The pictures of the condo on the internet do not do the condo justice! We walked into the apartment and were very pleased with what we found. The condo was equipped with everything and more of what we would need for a day in the apartment or a day out and about on the island. Plenty of towels, beach items and bedding were available. The washer and dryer came in handy. The unit is open and spacious. We felt at home, safe, and secure. I spoke with the landlord and informed her that I would be back and would like to rent the unit again! I recommend this rental for anyone who wants a great stay in Aguadilla!

Sun, Sand & Beach

My husband and two teenage daughters just spent 4 1/2 days at Maria's condo and had an amazing time. Sammy was great too as he met us at 11:30 at night when we got in and took us to the condo. The condo is beautiful just as the pictures show. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We even utilized the outdoor grill by the pool one evening. The sunsets are awesome as well. The next day we drove down to Rincon to watch the pro surfing championships and that area is just as beautiful. The waves can get pretty high, but there is another area of beach (more in the city) that is very calm for children to swim in. We then drove down to the Cabo Rojo Lighthouse and took some amazing pictures. It's a must see even though the lighthouse isn't open the scenery makes up for it. We spent alot of time on Crashboat Beach which is a 10 minute drive fromt his condo. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and safe to swim in. We even had fun jumping off the old concrete piers. We drove down to Los Jobos Beach to find the blow hole and took pictures and had a pina coluda at the Shack. However, we didn't stay on that beach as it wasn't the cleanest. We also saw on our vacation live starfish, which we had never seen. There is a grocery store/walgreens and all kind of fast food places down the road from this condo as my kids are picky eaters so we really didn't get to try any of the local restaurants though we did get a pizza from one of the vendors on the side of the road. Overall this place is amazing and Maria is quick to respond and even sent my deposit back the day we checked out. If I come back to Aguadilla I will definately stay in her condo. Thank you Maria for an awesome vacation rental.

Great condo

We stayed at this condo from the middle of Feb. to the middle of March, 2011. It exceeded our expectations. Allen was very nice to deal with, and Sammy gave us a very gracious welcome. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, and the view was spectacular. The weather in Puerto Rico in the winter is incredible, sunny and 82 or 84 degrees every day--perfect to enjoy the infinity pool and Crash Boat beach. We would definitely like to come again. Our only disappointment was that Puerto Ricans litter too much.

Our family stayed with you December 11-16, 2010 and had a wonderful time. Your property was everything you said it would be. We would like to definitely like to make a return trip and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Every detail went smoothly - from our initial inquiry until we left for our return home. Sammy was very accomodating and helpful. The local food was great and the local residents extremely helpful with directions and other information. The best view of the ocean is in this place.My family really enjoy our vacation here to bad it had to end.Everything is near by or a short drive from this place.Sunsets our beautiful and surroundings.Well maintain complex with staff working seven days a week,private community so u don't have to worry about anything.Our family will make sure to come back to this place. This is a wonderful location! Everything was great and exactly as described by the owner. The pool was great for the kids at all hours of the day (and night). We had easy access to Crash Boat Beach, Las Cascadas Water Park and many restaurants. Our family HIGHLY recommends this location for travelers seeking a fun and exciting time in Aguadilla.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Aguadilla. The condo is very roomy, comfortable and has all you need to get the most of your vacation. The large balcony has sweeping views of the pool area and blue seas of the Atlantic as well as Desecheo Island. The complex is very clean and well-maintained. And Sammy welcomed us and made our arrival go so smoothly. We'll be going back for sure.

Didn't want to go home to the snow storm. Wish I had spent the entire 7 days at your Condo in Aguadilla. The beach is paradise and the food on the beach delicious. We took over 200 pictures and will definately return next year with my family.

Maria was very friendly and Sammy showed us around Aguadilla and went way out of his way to make sure we knew the area well. We only had a small problem with the internet and they fixed it the next day and even called to make sure it worked fine. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.
