  We had stayed in this unit 2 years ago, and knew it would be nice. The owners have done some renovations since, and now it is REALLY nice. According to the notes, they are getting ready to purchase new furniture, and then I think it will be the best unit at Seabreeze. There was a problem with the elevator while we were there, but that is supposed to be corrected this year, otherwise - still our favorite vacation spot EVER!!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Condo is nicely decorated, clean, well equipped. We will recommend to others and hope to return. Owner very easy to work with.

  My family and I (6 of us) stayed for one week during Thanksgiving. The condo is in excellent shape, right on the beach, the bathrooms were just remodeled and are gorgeous. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, the boardwalk is a great place to hang out. The view from the balcony is excellent. We watched the sunset every night and my daughter loved watching the dolphins. The place is large and the owners have done an excellent job with the place. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. They even had two very nice beach chairs for us to use. The owners are very nice and the condo rental agency was also very nice. We hope to come back to this place again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

  We were looking for a beautiful view of the ocean, and we found it! The website pictures depict the way the condo/beach looks in person. The bathrooms need a little updating, but the owners are planning on doing some remodeling in September. Everything is very clean and well-maintained in and around the property. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Kitchen is super-stocked with everything you need! Loved the soft, white sand between our toes and lots of nice shells! Visited John's Pass, Fort DeSoto, Tampa Bay area, and Disney World for a day. The rest of the time was spent in the ocean or in the pool! A few things to note:Tropical Storm Debby welcomed us when we first arrived, and the elevator broke several times. Not sure if it was just due to the storm, or if this is a regular occurrence. Owners were very helpful in getting us a key to the stairwells, as the master keys did not work. After the storm passed, the dolphins came out as promised by other reviewers-we saw them in the mornings at around 7-7:30+ AM. Beach toys, boogie boards, and 3 beach chairs were enjoyed by our family...Also, rental agency provides "initial" toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent, but then you will need to purchase what you need. Hotel-size bars of soap are provided in the bathrooms.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  We had a GREAT time! Loved the room, the view, the beach and the pool. The kids enjoyed all the toys that were available on your deck! Thank you for renting your place--it's beautiful...can't wait to come back next year

  Loved seeing all the dolphins even and including the babies--first time for that. Dolphin tour was fun yet saw more right from the condo patio balcony. All restaurants at Johns Pass are awesome. As usual, love coming here every year. Awesome vaca, You bet, I'll be back!

  This is the first "family" vacation in many years. Your 5th floor condo was very beautiful. I was in awe when we walked in. I think the only thing I had to purchase to use there was a corkscrew! It had all of the amenities needed, from cooking to cleaning up. Everything was very clean and tidy. The layout of the condo was perfect for everyone travelling. My two daughters and granddaughter slept in the two-bed bedroom while my wife and I had the other single bed (queen). The views from the balcony were exceptionally breathtaking. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Watching the dolphins play every morning was simply amazing. The maintenance staff was very helpful, too. One night we made steaks on the charcoal grilll and I asked the maintenance person what to do with the hot coals, and was told not to worry about it, that he would clean it in the morning. The laundry facilities were very nice, too. They were not overly expensive the the dryers were very hot and dried the clothing in one cycle. The only negative thing I can say about Sea Breeze, which is no fault of yours, would be the rudeness of the other residents/guests. They would go down to the pool at 7 AM and put a towel on the patio loungers and go back to their condo, not allowing anyone else access to the chairs. One nice thing, an elderly male saw my daughter sitting on the concrete near the pool and took a chair over to her so she didn't have to sit on the ground. That was very nice. Overall, I would highly recommend our experience at your condo to others. It did not seem like we were at a sterile hotel. It felt like we were "at home." My family and myself truly appreciate your hospitality. You have an amazing place!

Rates vary per season/value, mid, peak. Base rates during those seasons range from
$800-$1500/week plus FL hotel tax.  Holidays such as Thanksgiving week, Christmas
Easter weeks, Superbowl, March breaks are considered "high season". High season
rentals from Sat. to Sat. only. Please call for the exact rate for your
desired stay time.  For less than weekly rental (in off season) add a cleaning
fee.
