This is the first "family" vacation in many years. Your 5th floor condo was very beautiful. I was in awe when we walked in. I think the only thing I had to purchase to use there was a corkscrew! It had all of the amenities needed, from cooking to cleaning up. Everything was very clean and tidy. The layout of the condo was perfect for everyone travelling. My two daughters and granddaughter slept in the two-bed bedroom while my wife and I had the other single bed (queen). The views from the balcony were exceptionally breathtaking. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Watching the dolphins play every morning was simply amazing. The maintenance staff was very helpful, too. One night we made steaks on the charcoal grilll and I asked the maintenance person what to do with the hot coals, and was told not to worry about it, that he would clean it in the morning. The laundry facilities were very nice, too. They were not overly expensive the the dryers were very hot and dried the clothing in one cycle. The only negative thing I can say about Sea Breeze, which is no fault of yours, would be the rudeness of the other residents/guests. They would go down to the pool at 7 AM and put a towel on the patio loungers and go back to their condo, not allowing anyone else access to the chairs. One nice thing, an elderly male saw my daughter sitting on the concrete near the pool and took a chair over to her so she didn't have to sit on the ground. That was very nice. Overall, I would highly recommend our experience at your condo to others. It did not seem like we were at a sterile hotel. It felt like we were "at home." My family and myself truly appreciate your hospitality. You have an amazing place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. What a great condo and great location. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We enjoyed this well stocked and well maintained condo and look forward to returning. We had many walks to John's Pass with its many great restaurants. The wireless internet and the use of the phone was much appreciated. Dick and Karen we great hosts. TRS was very easy to deal with. A very enjoyable stay!

Loved seeing all the dolphins even and including the babies--first time for that. Dolphin tour was fun yet saw more right from the condo patio balcony. All restaurants at Johns Pass are awesome. As usual, love coming here every year. Awesome vaca, You bet, I'll be back!

OMG - Beautiful! Been staying at the Sea Breeze for over 10 years. You, by far, have one of the best units. All in all a great vacation. Went deep sea fishing, parasailing, dolphins, always see dolphins. Eats: Bubba Gumps, Firendly Fisherman. Thanks again.

We all had a wonderful time this week. We went to the FL Aquarium, the Pier, and all the local beaches. We had a great time at the pool and beach and found many shells and sand dollars. The kids had a blast! Condo was very nice! You may want to get a new toaster, the button needed holding down--but no big deal ! ( Owner comment: Thank you for the update. We replaced it when we visited ourselves). On arrival we were not given the elevator code (Owner comment: We talked to the rental management company regarding this) Overall, everthing was wonderful.

Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious, beautiful view, we saw a lot of dolphins and, of course, beautiful sunsets. Great facility with clean, well kept pool. We really liked how well the kitchen was stocked. More paper towels and toilet tissue needed for 2 week stay. (Owner comment: We talked to the rental management company in this regard). We will definitely make this our first choice of accomodation for years to come. We did not experience any hot water surges. (Owner comment: We had a posi-control for water temperature installed in both showers in June, 2010 after finding out about the problem resulting from a change over in the water system).

Had a blast. The 4th is always the best at the beach. Loved the place! No hot water problems at all. (Owner comment: Guests in May experienced surges in hot water after the water system was changed in the building. We ordered---they were on back order---posi-controls for our 2 showers. Wow! What a great place. We had 5 "ladies" weekend getaway. We had a blast. Ate at Bubba Gumps, Friendly Fisherman, Dockside Daves, Scully's and the Dacquiri Deck along with shopping at Johns Pas. The weather was beautiful. We lost a wedding band on the beach and everyone around was very helpful. We found "Kenny" with the metal detector and FOUND THE RING! Talk about looking for a needle in a haystack. Thank you so much for letting us rent your condo. You really have a wonderful view. No problems with the hot water surges this weekend. (Owner comment: We had the posi-control valves installed in our unit's 2 showers in early June, 2010 to prevent any hot water surges in our unit.)

A+ all around. We had a long overdue vacation and could not have asked for more. I agree, the pics online don't do the condo justice. We enjoyed watching mommy pigeon on the deck behind the deck box tending to her eggs, the dolphins and the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. (Owner comment: mommy and babies are gone and the fish line is on the balcony railings to keep away the birdies now.), p.s. Hot water surges were interesting. (Owner comment---We apologize for your inconvenience regarding the water. Posi-controls to automatically adjust the hot water in our showeres were on order--they were on back log---and were installed in our unit the week after you left. We found out that the surges started after the water supply system was changed out.) Note comments from renters from June, 2010 on.

We had a very lovely stay. Karen and Dick are very accomodating Hosts and we would recommend this condo unit to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. We took quiet a few day trips to the neighboring beaches and this was by far our favorite. Can't wait to return.

Lovely views from the balcony and pool area. Close to food and shops. Plenty of room in festive condo. Seemed safe. We loved relaxing here! Notes: Trs did not give us extra key to bathroom (poolside and stairwell). (Owner comment: we have contacted TRS to put a reminder in their book to give the code and the keys for Seabreeze to renters. Water circulation needs to be fixed. (Owners comment: The water circulation supply was changed out in early 2010. We did not know there was a problem with it until our friends stayed in May and read our guest book at that time (We had last been down in Dec. 2009) We apologize for any inconvenience. We ordered Posi-valves to be installed in both baths. They were on back order. We had them installed as soon as they came in, in early June. They have worked. See guest comments after June.)

What a beautiful location! Your condo is the most well stocked we have ever stayed in. (12 years of visiting Florida!) Your improvements are so nice, the kitchen, carpet, paint. It must be one of the nicer ones here at Seabreeze. We'd absolutely come back to your unit again. Our kids (12 1/2, 11, 8 1/2, 6 1/2) had such a great time. There is such a generous collection in the toy chest as well. We ried to leave things as we found them. Wonderful group of guests as well---lots of midwesterners. Thanks again.

Your place is beautiful. We hope to stay here again. (Maybe we'll actually have some nice weather next time!) Somebody needs to do something about the hot water circulation. (Owners comment: We apologize for the inconvenience. We did not know about the problem until our friends came down in May and read our sign in book. The water system in our building was changed about in early 2010. We ordered Posi-control valves for water temperature and had them installed in our unit in early June after finding out from our friends that there was a problem. Note--guests after posi-control installation did not experience temp surges). TRS neglected to mention the security code to get in the elevator. Fortunately another resident helped us out. (Owners comment: Thank you for the input. On our first visit this year--now in November---we noted this on two renters comments---and we will talk with TRS in this regard.)

We stayed in unit #504 in the Sea Breeze in August of 2009! The view was outstanding! Immediately when you walk into the condo you see out the patio door-the ocean. I enjoyed the ease of grabbing my towel, heading down the elevator,walking past the pool, my toes in the soft white sand as i laid out my towel to enjoy the sun and warm water of the Gulf! The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautifully updated kitchen! We loved being so close to restaurants and shops at Johns pass! Overall i loved my vacation in Madeira beach and would recommend this condo unit to everyone!

Loved the beachfront location. Very spacious condo. Recent updates are a plus. Wish for an in-unit laundry and are there enough chairs at pool. Close to Johns Pass. The Hurricane at Pass-a-Grille is a good choice for dining. Love the area!! Wireless internet!!!! yes!!!

Came her with my mother, sister, husband and 4 children, ages 1,3,7 and 9. I agree with the Denise before me---your photos on line do not do this place justice. We absolutely loved it here. We all went to Bubba Gumps, rented a pontoon for the day and shelled at Shell Key. We swam nightly in the ocean and pool. We all agreed that from now on this will be our meeting place due to the fact that we all live in different states. Thank you, Dick and Karen. We absolutely loved it her.

My family and I were very surprised. The picture on line does not do your condo justice. It is open and has a lot of space. The view was gorgeous. The grandkids loved the beach and pool. They went snorkeling and saw many different kinds of fish. They saw dolphins swim by, caught a crab and found many sea shells. We loved John's Pass and we went to Busch Gardens and we got a pass to go back within 6 days for free so we went again. Thank you for answering my e-mail in the first place. You were the first to contact me from a long list of possible rentals and I am truly glad you called first. Very wonderful time!

Stayed here with my 9 year old twins, 14 year old teen and my parents. We loved the location and the view. The kids had fun collecting shells and meeting new friends in the pool. We spent time exploring the area, visiting relatives in Dunedin and drove down to Longboat Key. Enjoyed eating out. South Beach next to Dave's Dockside has a good "build your own" 99 cent breakfast.. Also liked Bubba Gumps dinner on the patio. Even dined at the Pier in St. Petersburg one night. We never got to see a dolphin but enjoyed the area and the condo anyway.

Great time. We have 4 kids ages twins (4 yr.), 3 year and a 2 year old. We also have a 14 year old and 16 year old. All the kids had a great time on the beach playing in the sand\ and learning to swim in the pool.. Went to Tampa, to the zoo and the Aquarium. Loved the zoo. Wished we could have stayed longer. On our way back to Wisconsin, shopping in Chicago at Lego Land before returning home.
