We bought this condo for our kids to enjoy as they grow up here in South Florida. We live just a short 3 hour drive from the condo so we get to enjoy the beach several times a year. We rent out the place to help us afford such a great place for the kids to go every year. We are so glad we can share our home with you, where you can make great memories like we have.
Why the Owner Chose Cocoa Beach Towers
We bought in this location because it is the closest beach to Disney and because there is so much to do for kids and adults of all ages. It is a very safe area and well cared for. All the way around its a great vacation spot.

This is a gorgeous condo with an amazing view of the pool and ocean. We had a fantastic time. Our kids weren't bored for a minute! The condo was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a teriffic vacation!

It was a great relaxing vacation! The ocean was just steps away and the pool was amazing. The kids had a tought time deciding between the ocean and the pool! The condo itself had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The onsite manager was very nice and helpful as well. Definitely will go back again next year.

This is a great place to relax and listen to the ocean. The unit is tastefully decorated with all the amenities one could ask for. A fully equipped kitchen, updated furniture, and very clean. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay with the ocean side pool and private beach entrance. The pier is just a short walk where we enjoyed fishing and eating out. We can't wait to go back to this condo next year!

We have rented from the Rathe's for the past two years and we have had a great experience. The owners have always been helpful. The photos and description depict the condo accurately and the property is clean and well maintained. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an ocean front condo on Cocoa Beach. The location is just a short drive to Orlando if you need to catch a theme park. However, there are plenty of restaurants and attractions just blocks away.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.
