Relax and unwind on the covered patio, overlooking the diving pool, complete with barbecue grill and outdoor dining. Access from Phoenix airport is via 101 Freeway and is 35 minutes away. Additionally, there is great shopping, dining and golfing at nearby Kierland which is within one half mile.
The property is almost new with many recent upgrades including tile and wood floors throughout. The house is fully furnished and was decorated by award winning interior designers. Each of the bedrooms is appointed with amenities that you would expect from a Five Star resort but at this reasonable price with privacy. Master has king bed along with tv with DirecTv. All linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils. The great room comes equipped with Big Screen Tv along with DirecTV and DVD player. The room makes for great entertainment of your friends. Fold out Queen couch in great room. All in all, there are too many amenities to list.

My wife and I had a very good time at this location. The house was very clean with a lot of space and located in a very nice area. The pool was a lot of fun and larger/deeper than others we've stayed at so we really enjoyed that and the diving board. The owner was very quick with responses when I had questions about anything, which I was very appreciative of -- it makes me nervous about renting when the owners don't respond fast, but Peter was great with this so communication was never an issue. Arranging the rental was also very easy. Peter's return of our security deposit was also very quick. We went out to Scottsdale to visit family and will very likely be going out again in the future -- when we do, we will definitely rent this house again. As far as the area, there were a lot of places to check out if you are pretty active. Lots of restaurants, malls, etc. We just hung out and relaxed for the most part, but we did go out to eat a few times (Cheesecake Factory, White Chocolate Grill) and the food was great.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

15 minute walk to Kierland. This home is in great shape and easily accessible, with a very nice kitchen and spacious master. The living room was perfect. Location was a plus.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Just returned from a stay at this location. The house was great. Six women and it never felt crowded. Everything was clean, the area was nice and it was very easy to set up the rental. I'd return here again on my next visit.
