Our family stayed at the house and had everything we needed in the house. Great view from the home. We enjoyed having a pool and a dock. We fished from the dock almost everyday. The home was spacious for a rental and fit our family of four with more than enough room for at least four more people. The owners were prompt and professional with all our dealings. We would recommend this home to others as well as return for future vacations.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I was a little uneasy committing to a place for a month especially since there was only one very short review when I booked. I could not have been more pleased with our selection! I think previous guests have not left reviews because they don't want anyone else to know about this place. The pictures are accurate but do not really reflect the experience. Found myself repeatedly singing "Sittin' in the dock of the bay". We fished almost everyday from the dock, my youngest son's highlight of the summer was catching a small hammerhead. We brought kayaks with us and enjoyed being out in the water everyday! There were coolers and beach chairs in the laundry room that were left by previous guests which we took back and forth to the beach. Beach access is 3-5 minutes away and parking was never a problem. Publix and Sweetbay supermarkets very close. The house is very functional, there are PLENTY of towels (even beach towels), linens and pillows. The washer and dryer are huge! What was great is that you had enough things there to get you started. There was coffee in the cupboard, extra paper towels, a roll of garbage bags, laundry detergent, food storage bags, foil, etc., etc.! I think many properties are managed by property managers, so the added touches and considerations of renting from an actual owner verses a property with a property management company are very beneficial! Having your coffee in the morning sitting our by the water, seeing dolphins pass by regularly and the manatees lumbering along was amazing. We arrived a few days after tropical storm Debby. I noticed upon arrival that end of the dock (step-down platform) was damaged. It was not visible from the shore. About two hours later they came by to check on it, made a materials list and were back the next morning to completely replace the section of dock. Just very responsive in correcting situations and doing the repair which wasn't even effecting our enjoyment or use of the premises. The pool was great, having your own place on the water is amazing, so peaceful and rejuvenating! Exactly how a vacation should be! Very happy with our decision to stay here and will return! Other services in the area we used were "Gulf to Bay Bait & Tackle" Gulf Blvd St.Pete Beach,great selection and very knowledgable on the area and "Dolphin Marine Rentals" Treasure Island, we rented a 21' boat for the day and really enjoyed it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
