Enjoy the mountain views from this cozy, sunny, quiet and spacious 3 bedroom condo conveniently located close to the club house. We have FREE wireless internet in the unit. All newer furniture, well equppied kitchen, and full size washer/dryer too. The whole unit was recently repainted with contemporary colors for added warmth and upper level bathroom completely renovated. We aim to please and are friendly and easy to work with. Come and enjoy our mountain getaway!

Our 1100 sq ft townhome-style condo means no one above or below you. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The garden level has two bedrooms,a full bathroom and washer/dryer. The main level has a livingroom with wood-burning fireplace, balcony, dining area and full kitchen. The third level has a loft bedroom and bathroom. Snuggle up to a warm fire in the fireplace (wood provided) and enjoy the sunshine and views of Byer's Peak and the mountain range from our deck.

We are NON-smoking and kid friendly. Other comforts include cable television, stereo, DVD, board games, some books, internet access, BBQ grill and kids sleds.

Guests have access to The Meadowridge Resort Club House (best in the valley) which includes a year-round heated pool, two huge hot tubs, sauna, racquet ball, tennis, and fitness center. You will even find a ski/snowboard rental shop and massage therapist on site. Enjoy many other conveniences within a few minutes drive including Safeway grocery store, restaurants, fast food, liquor stores, coffee shops, and more.

The Shuttle Bus comes by every 30 minutes to take you to the Winter Park Ski Resort (~4 miles) and other locations in Fraser and Winter Park. Route map available in condo and at the club house.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was PERFECT for our family, and has everything. Just when you remember you forgot something, you find it in the townhouse! The owners are friendly, very responsive and easy to work with. The location is great as well - close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, wine stores, ski rental places, etc. We drove 10 minutes each morning to park at the mountain and some members of our party easily rode the free shuttle back and forth. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties all over Colorado and this is by far one of our favorites. We hope to stay here again!

    We had a wonderful stay in your townhouse. It was so perfect for us. The diehard skiers caught first chair every morning. I went snowshoeing one day and explored Sol Vista the next. Sol Vista is a great place for beginning skiers - less expensive, less crowded and nearly all green/blue groomers. I'd recommend it to your guests that are up for the first time.

  • Our stay at Catherine and Eric's townhouse was quiet and comfortable without sacrificing too many conveniences of home. They were fair and accomodating. This trip could easily become a family tradition.
