Soak in our hot tub overlooking the river or just relax by the woodstove.

The downstairs has just been remodeled with new hard wood floors, Restoration Hardware furniture and brand new beds and linens.

Sleeps up to 14 in bedrooms. Six bedrooms: one king, three queens, 2 doubles. Five bathrooms, claw foot tub in master bathroom. This home is perfect for 5 couples or a group of families. Kid’s room has 2 double beds, Pack-n-Play and toys to keep your little ones occupied. We also have a highchair, kids DVDs, jogging stroller, and baby monitor so you can leave your gear at home.

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook a big family dinner. Cozy living room with Cable TV, DVD player, Stereo CD player and brand new leather furniture and wood stove. Dining area has a large rustic table that seats 12 comfortably with views of the Truckee River right from the table.   • Hi We've stayed at this house twice before and highly recommend it. It's close to town (as others have noted) and also close to all of the outdoor activities in Tahoe. Super nice to be able to walk to restaurants or hit Safeway for provisions. The house is well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, big screen TV, nice audio system!, comfy beds), very comfortable (everything in good condition), has great indoor & outdoor space and totally kid friendly. A superb rental! Highly recommend it.

  • I've rented lots of homes on VRBO but this place was special and I highly recommend it for your Lake Tahoe vacation. It's a huge, awesome house! Really nice interior. Warm and inviting. Great amenities and amazing home theatre system. Amazing location 10 minute drive to world class skiing and a five minute walk to great restaurants in downtown Truckee. Great views of the river from the hot tub and all bedrooms. Love this house!

  • This house is awesome. It's clean and has a great layout. The master bedroom is great, with a luxurious master bath. The location is perfect: a short walk to Truckee's surprisingly good restaurants and an easy drive to Northstar and other area resorts. I'm a mountain biker, and there were trails right out the front door as well as great neighborhood trails less than 10mins away. The house offers a great combination of rustic/refined. I really enjoyed my stay at this home.

  • Wonderful property for a large group. We had 3 families with a total of 6 children and 6 adults. It was perfect! All of the couples had their own bathrooms and the kids had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy walk to town with plenty of food options. Great little snow play and sledding hill across the street. Close to many other attractions. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

  • We enjoyed a wonderful short week the early 2009 season in the Riverfront Home. Great house and amenities, great views overlooking the river, walking distance to downtown Truckee and slope access within 10 minutes of driving. Can't really ask for more!
