This fabulous Venice beach oasis occupies the top two floors of a triplex apartment building that sits on a quiet walk-street (no cars), just steps to the sand. You can hear the ocean at night. Restaurants and shops are a one-minute walk away, as is the famous Venice/Santa Monica beach bike path. Minutes away by bike or foot away by bike is the world famous Venice Beach boardwalk with street performers, art galleries, and restaurants. Fifteen minutes by bike is the Santa Monica Pier amusement park with roller coaster, games, kiddie rides, and Ferris wheel. Take a 5 minute bike ride to trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard for more art-district shopping, restaurants, and bars. Walk and explore the historic Venice canals.
