Clay stone floors and beautiful plaster walls create a comfortable and soothing atmosphere that begs the occupant to relax. The kitchen opens onto the family room and living room, so that friendly conversations can be had from any where in the main area of the house. Wood crafted cabinets, matching granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 4 burner gas cook-top, whirlpool double ovens, under-cabinet lighting will entice any chef in training to practice their culinary skills in fully stocked and gorgeous cook's kitchen.
The wood crafted furniture, natural woven shades, with original Mexican artifacts, blended with soft overhead lighting, give a warm and comforting feeling all throughout the house. The family room and master bedroom each have a 42" flat screen TV's to enjoy movies and your favorite sporting events. Very few homes in Palm Springs have such a spectacular view of the San Jacinto mountains. The front yard is block walled and lined with mature Ficus trees. In the back is a salt water pool that feels like you are swimming in a bath, no dry chlorine feel on your skin here. If it gets a little chilly, the back yard has an outdoor patio area with a a wood burning fireplace, as well as a gas fireplace inside to keep you warm.
The master and guest bedroom are equipped their own TV's with DVD players, and the master has wooden French doors that open onto the pool deck. All rooms in the home, as well as the pool deck, are wired with different zones for the stereo system. Stereo plays AM/FM, CD's, or you can plug in your own i-pod or mp3 player.

Staying here was better than a hotel. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was great to cook in. The pool was the perfect place to relax and get away from the stress of Los Angeles. I can't wait to return.

I have stayed in this house more than once and have enjoyed each and every time. It is close to downtown, it has everything I ever needed to relax and enjoy my time in Palm Springs, and it's very cozy!
