This Condo is located within the beautiful gardens at Monte Christo in Key Colony, one of the best places to stay in the Keys. The grounds are maintained by an onsite management and this unit has an ocean view and is the best priced of all rentals at Monte Christo with a good view of the ocean.
This unit is located on the second floor (elevator on premise) and features a spacious open floor plan, modern kitchen, two large bedrooms, two full baths, a Washer & Dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a balcony and an ocean view. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed and also has direct access to a Balcony with an ocean view; there are three TV’s, and a total of 1100 square feet to spread your wings. The Condo is directly on the beach which is located only steps away to the beach. There are lounge chairs available on the beach. This luxurious complex has 2 heated pools, one overlooks the ocean, and the other is surrounded by the gardens and is flanked with a hot tub in the back ground. The grounds also boast a lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, a putting green, and an onsite management. “Cleaning fees are included”.
Key Colony is only a 45 minute drive to Key West and is notorious for its abundant fishing, snorkeling, and Lobster season. KEY Colony has its own police force which adds to the relaxing getaway. Marathon air port is only five minutes from the condo. A four star restaurant is located within walking distance and grocery shopping is only a five minute drive.
Whether you are coming down for the winter (discount available after four week stay) or going on a two week getaway, this area has it all.

Why the Owner Chose Key Colony Beach
We have visted the keys several times and realized that this was the place for us. The area is beautiful, the fishing is better, and the food is great. There is a four star restaurant and a nine hole golf course in walking distance. Also it never rains there :-)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The area is very peaceful. We have our own beach. We have our own hot tub and two heated pools. There is an on site management company. As mentioned everything is within walking distance and key colony has there own police force.
