The villa is located in the new community Legacy Park, Davenport, which is a high quality community only ten minutes from WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. Legacy Park is located on US 27 just of the end of US 192 and is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away.
The large pool area and the adjoining spa are in the sunshine until sunset and there are table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view. There is a child safety fence for use around the pool. The home also features a roofed patio area for those who need a little shade from the Florida sun, it also means there's a great area to sit out in the evenings and enjoy quality time with friends and family.
Inside, our 3000 sq ft, fully air-conditioned villa easily sleeps 12 guests. There are three master bedroom suites, one with a King, one with a queen bed and one double all with en-suites. There are a further two twin bedrooms sharing the family bathroom.
Each bedroom has a TV with cable and the master bedroom has a TV with a DVD player. The family room also has a DVD player with movies and a Play Station 3 with games. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room.
The fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay. There is also a spacious games room with a 8ft slate bed pool table and a foosball (table football).
The villa has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, local call telephone and Play Station 3 games console with games, amenities for babies/small children provided such as Toddlers bed (incl bedding), High Chair & Stair Gate. Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use on the pool deck.
