    I can't say enough about this home. After traveling through airports with a 8 year old and 1 year old we opened the door and WOW!!!!!! I was better then the pictures. Everything I need for the baby was there. There is a crib or toddler bed, which my daughter loved sleeping in. My other daughter thought it was great to have her own room and bathroom. The pool is great and the grill was used many times. The location is very easy to get to anything. Emma was great to work with and I can't wait to take more of our family next year. If you are thinking about renting a home this is the one!!!!! I would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you Emma for everything and hope to see you next year!!!!!!

    We recently completed a month stay at this villa and once again had a great vacation. Emma and Neil have done a great job in furnishing this villa to provide a wonderful experience. We especially enjoy the roominess and the ability to "spreadout" when the 5 adults and 3 children needed some space. The pictures are true to the villa and the pool does get sun until 4pm or later. This a great location relative to restaurants and Disney property. Publix and CVS are 2 miles away and there are numerous fruit/ vegetable vendors located along routes 27 and 192. This our second year at the villa and the management company is very responsive and cooperative. If you are looking for a roomy villa conveniently located I cannot imagine a better rental unit. Emma and Neil are great to work with and have worked hard to meet all the needs of a vacationing family.

    What a nice place to stay! The home is large, beautiful and very comfortable. It is true to its description. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Plenty of room to spread out our family of 5. We enjoyed lounging in the pool after a long day of sight seeing and relaxing in the living room with the big screen TV. Shopping, restaurants and Disney are all within a short drive. We feel fortunate to have found this property for our vacation and highly recommend it to others. A big "Thank You!" to Emma (owner) for attending to all the details!!

    We have just retrned from Orlando having had another fantastic family holiday there again this year. Having stayed in Legacy Park previously we knew that the location was ideal and that the properties in the area were of a high standard. The booking process and correspondence with the owner was simple and sraightforward and reponses to any questions answered speedily. On arrival we were delighted with the home. The villa is spacious and very well maintained. It can easily accommodate large groups and as a family of 5 we had more than enugh room. Our 3 children loved the fact that there was a playstaion availabe when cooling off from the high July temperatires and a games room was an added bonus. Whilst the photgraphs give you a sense of what to expect previous comments are accurate when they say that the photos don't do the villa justice. The management company that the ownr uses (Lowrey's) were very quick to answer any questions raised and attend the villa when required to do so. The location itself is ideal for access to all theme parks with Disney only 10-15 minutes away and Universal slightly further. There is a local Publix supermarket 5 mins drive away at the next junction and a few eating places including Applebees. The nearlby road through Kissimmee offers numerous choices for eating out. This isn't a gated communty however it is clearly a well mainatined and secure communit with a homeowners association and its a place where people take a pride in looking after their properties. I ran every morning around the local communities and felt secure in doing so. Legacy Park is definitely a location I would return to in the future and I would recommend this home to friends and anyone considering booking a rental villa in the future.

    Well! We returned yesterday from our two week holiday in this wonderful, beautiful house. I was a little nervous, as I was going away with all my family plus another family, and I had booked this house myself as I work with the owner. What if it wasn't as nice as I hoped? Believe me, when Emma said this house is special, she did it a dis- service. It is completely outstanding. The pictures don't really do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. The house has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. The pool is just the right size, and the jacuzzi on the side is a bonus. The rooms are all well sized, and fully equipped. We had 7 adults and two children in the house, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The games room was well used, as my husband is a keen pool player, and others made it their mission to try and beat him! Good entertainment during the occasionally wet weather. A short drive away there is a Publix store which we used for our "emergency shop" on arrival, but within 10 minutes drive there is a huge selection of grocery stores plus every fast food restaurant you can imagine. There are also some lovely quiet places for nice leisurely meals nearby, like Olive Garden, which we had previously enjoyed on a holiday to New York. The Disney theme parks are just a short drive away, less than half an hour, which was within the boredom threshold of the two children in the party. But if you fancy a fab day out a little bit further afield, our friends drove down to Clearwater, around an hour and a half away, and said it was beautiful. All in all, a brilliant holiday home for our party, aged 9-52. We would all go back to this house and recommend it without hesitation. The area is lovely, and we all felt safe there.

    just wanted to send a note in regards to our stay.like everyone else says this place fit us like a glove.we had our in-laws stay with us with our family of five.all the rooms are in excellent shape and house was very clean.pool area was also very cozy and lots of chairs to enjoy.we stayed for nine nights and wish we could have stayed longer in this awesome house.with our kids they liked the games in the garage and the pool.house is located close to pretty much everything you would want.Our family cant wait till we return to this house again..........Emma, thanks for the memories!!!!!! ..

    Well, where do I start? This is the first experience we have renting a house while on vacation. Normally we stay in hotels but when we decided to go to Disney with my family of 5 and meet my parents there, I couldn't imagine being cramped in a hotel room. We were anything by cramped in this lovely home. We used all the bedrooms but one only because my 2 youngest daughters decided they wanted to share. Getting ready in the morning was a breeze since we all had our own bathrooms! My oldest daughter loved having her own master en suite with tv and dvd player. We hardly saw her after we got home from the parks! Speaking of the parks, the location of the house is so convenient to Disney the kids never complained about the short drive. When we weren't at the parks (and it wasn't raining) we spent our time in the pool. It was nice having the pool toys and noodles for the kids to play with. The grocery stores are close and the kitchen was well stocked. All in all it was a terrific place to stay for our vacation. Also, Cheryl responded quickly to some issues we had and resolved them the day we called. Thanks Cheryl!!!! And thanks to Emma who was always helpful and kind with the correspondence regarding the stay at the house. We had a wonderful time!

    Wow!!! What a absolutely beautiful home you have and I have to thank you for sharing it with us. We stayed from June 28th- July 5th. Amazed as we entered the doors and what a very clean and well taken care of home you have. Pride of Ownership definetly showed! As we walked through the house and saw the beautiful decor that was up all decided on a room without even an arguement. The rooms were spacious and very accomdating. I have to say also having a TV in every room of the house was an added bonus! The kitchen was very well stocked for what we needed. I would however recommend some plastic plates, bowls, and cups so that it would be safer to take out to the spacious Lanai area for dining. And talk about the Lanai..and the Pool....it was absolutely beautiful. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner most day/night under the lanai..and enjoyed every moment of it. We did run into uncooperative weather a few days, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the pool..we even were swimming in the rain..but when any Thunder/Lighting began..no worries, because we were able to enjoy the Game Room. What awesome activities to do on the "not so nice days".....Pool Table and Fooseball. And best of all was that you provided a unit for air conditioning..which we never even used. We loved every moment of our stay and convenience to Major attraction was great. We did visit the Disney area, we drove to Cocoa Beach one day and soaked up the Sun and Sand. We were very close to the x-press ways. We were even only about 2 hours away from Clearwater Beach which was one of our day trips also. Location was Awesome...especially if you want the best of all. Both sides of the state to visit the beaches..and close to Disney and all attractions I can't wait to to book again for another family vacation and will definetly highly recommend this home to everyone and anyone when asked about Florida Lastly I have to give a huge compliment to the owner, Emma for such a great experience in renting. From the beginning of my hunt she always was very prompt with anwering all my questions and responding very quickly to my emails. I was quiet impressed with the personal touches with any question i had regarding a lot of questions. "I thank you for being so kind and patient and making the vacation with my girls amazing" Also to Cheryl..she was always very gracious to speak with and glad we got to meet at the home. Definetly Will be Back!!!

    We stayed here June 13 through 17, 2011. The house was wonderful and lots of room. We had two families and kids ages 4, 5, 9 and 10 they enjoyed the pool and our older son and his friend18 yr. olds loved the PS and Pool table. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space after a long day together at the parks. Cheryl was great and answered any questions we had. We recieved all our deposit a few days after we arrived home. I have told all my friends and family and would stay here again. My only complaint would be that we stayed when it was hot and would have loved a ceiling fan on the patio when watching the kids swim and we did not have long enough vacation. I was happy to point out all the things this house had that I would like my husband to do to our house. Thank you Emma for letting us stay in your lovely home. I should mention there were floaties and toys already at the house for the kids. This house has everything you could possibly need when away from home.

    My family which included our kids Stephanie (14) Ricky (10), Vanessa (3) and Abby (4 months) and my in-laws spent a week in this lovely home In May 2011. I can not even tell you how wonderful our experience was. The owners of this property made the stay easy with no problems whatsoever . The home is fantastic!! From the choice of wall colors, down to the China. Location is very convenient, and the value is beyond words. This home away from home was perfect for us. We really enjoyed ourselves on our vacation. The house was very clean and well taken care of. It was full of things for the family to enjoy on there break from the parks. I was impressed with all the extras. The pool and spa, pool table PS3 (for the kids) was a definite hit. It is a nice area and close to anything you will need.Thank you so much for your hospitality. I would rent this home in a second and have been telling everyone I know that they should too. We look forward in renting this again in the coming years. Kevin and Haydee

    I can echo what an earlier reviewer (Erin, also from Maine, as are we) wrote, in terms of space, appearance & condition of appliances/electronics/fixtures, etc. Not one problem with anything in the home; all in top condition. Normal cosmetic blemishes in rugs, small, typical stains in a few places, etc....from normal use. Owner & property manager extremely responsive, conscientious of the tenant experience before, during, and since our visit. You will find none finer I believe. We WILL be back and have already recommended to family & friends. Screened-in, private pool is perfect; clean, well-kept/treated, etc. Properties, owners, and managers such as these DEFINE "hospitality."

    First I want to say that this house is WAY under estimated! The pictures are good but they don't do it enough justice...it was BEAUTIFUL! There are flat screen TVs in every room plenty of towels and linens/cooking materials and silverware. The game room was great, and we were able to do laundry the whole week we were there. Both the property manager and home owner were gracious and pleasant with every silly question I had before and during our visit. The only down side was the distance to Disney which wasn't even that bad, it took about 20 min each way unless we left at 9am then there was quite a bit of traffic. This however would not deter us from renting this home again...it is the only place we will rent if we return to the Orlando area. I was slightly worried when I read 2 of the reviews for the home, as they were not that great...my fears were relieved when we arrived home and received our deposit within just a few days. The only thing I would say is treat the home as you would your own and be honest. My husband pulled in the drive and ran over one of the sprinklers as it was going off. Water started spraying every where. We immediately called Cheryl, who told us she could call the maintenance man (which would cost money) or go buy a new one at Lowes (which was right down the road). We bought the sprinkler and an extra for the house (which was like $5 total) and Jared replaced it in just a few minutes. Overall we were more than happy..we were extatic. The house has so much to offer and it's HUGE! There are actually 2 KING master suites up stairs and one queen downstairs. Every room has it's own bathroom but the 2 twin rooms share. there is even a community bath downstairs of the kitchen/living room. There are really 3 family/sitting rooms all nicely decorated with expensive furniture linens and electronics. (the master king suite is very large and it is the room my husband and I stayed in, we were very happy in there, it was spacious with a crib, 2 dressers, sofa, and toddler bed with plenty of room to spare). Oh one more thing I forgot about the closets, there are plenty of them and they to are large and spacious. Enjoy this house and if you're having doubts about which one to choose, PICK THIS ONE! I promise you won't regret it. Plus you have a Publix, and a Walmart all with in 5 minutes of the house for shopping. One more thing-LOCK your car doors. Our GPS was stolen from our renta one night ~Erin Norton, Starks Maine :)

    My vacation was great. I couldn't keep the kids out of the pool. My two kids and my sister's granddaughter enjoyed the house more than the adults did. The managment staff was great even when user error was the problem the were right there with a smile. I have given out every card to my family and we will be visiting your lovely home again. Thank you for our memories and a great vacation.

    My family which included our kids and grandkids spent a week in this lovely home. It was a perfect arrangement for us because each family had their own room and each child had a great bed to sleep on. This was our first experience in renting a vacation home and the lady I dealt with was so great to work with. Our family trip was to go to Disney World and each day we wished we had more time to spend in the home and enjoy the pool more. I would highly recommend this location to any one. The theme parks were close enough and stores for all our needs were only minutes away. Thank you for having us and a big thanks to the management group. Whenever we had a question, she was available to answer it. My only regret is we did not get to meet in person. Beautiful home. Looks just like the pictures.

    My family spent a week in this beautiful home just a couple of weeks ago and I can't tell you how wonderful our experience was. Even at a hotel we usually encounter some type of a problem but we had none in this home other than the confusion with the BBQ pit but that was quickly resolved despite our late call requesting it be unlocked since we already had all the meat seasoned. The home is fabulous and the pictures do absolutely no justice to the home, usually you walk in and see a complete difference from the photos, but not in this case!!!! This home was perfect for us and made our vacation more enjoyable. Not only did the adults enjoy the home but the kids had a blast in the gameroom and pool while the teens enjoyed the PS3. I have highly recommended this home to friends and family and are already looking to return next year or the following year :) Best, Lola and family

    DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. We recently stayed at this home and must say the home is beautiful but the management personnel is very unprofessional. Starting from the beginning of the process, she never sent a response letting us know she received any of our payments. We had to call to get the access information to the property. She is constantly driving by the house. On one occasion she asked my nephew what business he had at the property as he looked suspicious. We believe this was a discreminatory act. We are now being charged for items fabricated by the management employee as being damaged. Petty items include a dish towel had a whole and had to be replaced, a frying pan was burnt badly and had to be replaced (only eggs were made, no damage was made by the occupants of the home), tile was chipped and she will send an invoice when fixed (again, no damages were caused to any tile in the home by the occupants), oven door left with stain cannot remove, barstools in kitchen to be cleaned, 2 bath towels stained, batteries missing from remotes, crack on microwave door and we can have the microwave as she will be replacing it, varnish off toddler bed, a coaster was chipped, scratches on dining room table, the house still smelled of food and she had to use two cans of air freshner to get smell out - baloney, paper on the pool deck and 11 bags of garbage left. Only 5 bags of garbage was left, please note, you can only leave 2 bags or you will be charged $10 for any bags over 2. The trash container cannot accomodate 11 bags so again she has fabricated a number to be able to keep our entire deposit. Please also note, no pictures of any damaged item was sent with the e-mail to us. On the day we were to leave, she appeared at the front door at 10:05am (check out is at 10:00am) and asked us to get out of the driveway so she can get in to start to cleaning, yes she is also the cleaning lady. We have rented a home in Davenport for the past 5 years (summer vacation) and have never had any problems with the management company or owner. We have always taken care of each home as if our own and always clean before we leave. No damage was caused to this home. Based on the previous review, the management company is still charging for petty items and items that are fabricated.

    Owner response: Thank you for stating that our Florida home is ‘Beautiful’ and sorry that you feel that our property management team have been unprofessional. I personally do not agree with the statement you have made as I was presented with all the photographic evidence which, you have now been furnished with and as you can clearly see the items listed are damaged. The home has always been looked after by the same management company, they have no financial interest in the property and we will continue to employ them. Our management team have always kept our home in pristine condition and all our other guests have given outstanding reviews on there commitment in keeping a gorgeous home in such an immaculate condition, ensuring that each and every guest has a fantastic vacation. We take pride in everything we do and feel obliged to give an outstanding service to every guest that arrives through our doors but, when the house and items within it are damaged we have to go through a process that is clearly documented and agreed by all our guests prior arrival. The contract states that guests will be charged for the damage of items that have been damaged beyond wear and tear. Your comments regarding the ‘TRIVIAL ITEMS’ that are being charged for is incorrect, the security deposit paid does not cover the total cost of repairs that are needed for the damaged sustaind to our home! Our management team have always done the home clean after each guest leave, so they are fully aware of the condition of the furniture and accessories and anything minor IE the wear and tear of items are always monitored and are always replaced at our cost ensuring that everything within the home is of top quality and in very good condition. Lastly I would like to add that arrangements are always made with guests regarding any visits that need to be made for repairs to the house and on this occasion a visit was made by management to allow a contractor in the property to service the air con unit, we always make sure that a member of our management team is present on these occasions to protect our guests and there belongings.

    June 20-26, 2010 Lovely and spacious home with lots of privacy. It is convenience to everything within 5-15 minutes. We had so many events planned but ended up spending most of our time at the house. Our children lived in the pool most of the vacation and relaxed in their own individual rooms with their own televisions. We did not have any issues with fighting over what channels to watch. There were plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We will definitely consider this home in our future summer family vacations. We would like to thank Cheryl and Philip for their prompt assistance from beginning to end. They were always available. Thanks again for opening your home to us.

    Well where do I start. My family (DAVIS FAMILY) stayed at this beautiful castle of a home for 10 days June 2010. We were traveling from WAUKEGAN ILLINOIS. Once we arrived at the home and opened the doors, we almost broke down in tears. The house is ABSOLUTELY beautiful on the exterior and SUPERBLY decorated on the interior. EVERYTHING about this home was PERFECT. We loved the open floor plan, the furniture was super COMFORTABLE and the pool area was LIGHT BY THE SUN SHINE during the day AND MOONLIGHT at night. My mother in law flew in from BELGIUM and we had a nice bottle of champagne waiting for her in the bedroom by the pool which she called home for the vacation. My family of 4 had a very easy time getting accumstomed to the surroundings. The garage was IMPRESSIVE as it was decked out with a MARVELOUS pool table with blue lining and a foos-ball table with CEILING FANS, CARPET, AND AIR CONDITIONER. All of the bedrooms were so INVITING, and the beds were so SOFT and CUSHIONED. Everything about his place is FANTASTIC. We basically just stayed at the home for the entire 10 days soaking in the sun from morning until night. It was so awesome that the sun was always directly over us(BONUS FOR THOSE WANTING A SUPER TAN TO TAKE BACK HOME) ALL IN ALL THIS HOME IS A HIDDEN GEM. THE PRICES ARE JUST RIGHT. We actually felt that we could not have picked a better vacation home this time around as this was our 3rd time vacationing in FLORIDA. The toughest part of all was having to say goodbye, as we wish that this could have been our permanent stay. Cheryl, was the most professional and courteous host who stopped by with her dog to ensure that everythign was ok. We loved it Cheryl, we are surely coming back to your home, hopefully this time you can stay a bit longer and relax by the pool with us. WE MISS THIS HOME with each and every passing day. This truly was the MOST RELAXING getaway HUMANLY POSSIBLE. Don't just take our word for it, venture to it and experience the GREATEST TIME OF YOUR LIFE. Thank you for having us, The Davis Family

    My family and my brothers family stayed here for several weeks over Christmas. Amenities were as described, although the hot water tank didn't seem to work to capacity, the pool wouldn't heat well and it would cool significantly overnight as there was no pool cover, so the little kids had no interest in going in the water. After we left, we were charged for a variety of tiny little things, without verifying that we were/weren't the culprits. This included video cables, a sheet, and stains on the wall. It was a humiliating process and one that no one in my family has ever had to go through before--and I hope will not have to do again. Although I would recommend the house, the area is only ok, and the management was very unhelpful.

    Owner response: Firstly I am glad that you would recommend our house and obviously very upset that you have not been impressed with our management company. Our house is very well looked after and this is solely down to our management team doing a fantastic job. After our guests leave the house is cleaned and the contents inventory is checked so that when our next guests arrive everything is there and all in good order. The contract does state what we expected from our guests, which all our guests receive, sign and hopefully read before arrival. It would be unfair of me to comment directly on the issues that have been raised regarding damage/loss of items we charged you for, but I am sorry that humiliation has been felt when management raised these issues upon your departure, I will speak with management regarding this. Finally I would like to add that all previous guests and guests since your departure have all given positive comments about the house, location and the comments received regarding our management company have been second to none.

    Our holiday started on 14th November 2009 and we stayed for 16 nights. The house was absolutly gorgeous, the furniture and fittings were like new and the quality of the bedroom linen was better than we have at home! We had everything we needed at the house and felt very much at home during our stay. The house is in a very nice, quiet area and very near to local shops, restaurants and the Disney Parks. I would definately recommed this home to friends/family and I shall revisting myself later this year. The 'Property Manager' called us a couple of days into our stay and made sure that we had everything we needed and that we were happy with everything, which was very reasurring. We had a wonderful holiday and cannot wait to return many thanks.

    We just returned from staying in your villa July 13-24th, 2009 and wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had. Your villa is in immaculate condition, very updated and has wonderful furnishings throughout. We were a party of 7, 4 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough space. Everyone had their own washroom/shower and TV. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool or at the theme parks which were 15 minutes door to door. The neighborhood is quiet and away from highway noise.Your property managers were wonderful and responded almost immediately when we had a few questions. We would highly recommend your villa and will pass on your contact information to friends when looking for a Florida escape. Cheers and many thanks for sharing your home.

    We stayed at your villa from the 18/05/2010 until the 20/06/2010 and had a fabulous time. The villa had ample enough space for the 3 families staying there. It is very well decorated and maintained. All of the beds have mattress toppers and have been the most comfortable I have slept in, in the 6 years of visiting Florida. We had a problem with the air con but it was immediately dealt with by Bob and Cheryl at the management company. They we always on hand and quick to respond if we needed them. The villa could have had a CD player or Ipod Dock so we could have played some music but that is by way my only gripe. There is a Publix Supermarket and also an Applebees Restaurant just 5 minutes drive away. The restaurant serves great food at a very reasonable price. We have all said we wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend it to family and friends. We will hopefully see you in 2012 when we plan to visit Florida again.
