All new interior including updated kitchen, master bath and guest bath with stunning Silestone counters. Entire unit COMPLETELY repainted and redecorated in a light and bright cottage style, with all new furniture (living and dining room, both bedrooms, and lanai), carpeting, window treatments (plantation shutters), bed linens, patio furniture, and flat panel HDTV. There are DVD players in living room and both bedrooms, and an extensive DVD library. We purchased all new silverware, utensils, and cookware this year as well. Our condo includes a fully stocked closet with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for use during your stay, as well as games, puzzles, and paperbacks to enjoy while you are here. We also feature unlimited free internet access (wireless and ethernet).
Our bright and sunny unit is located on the west corner of one of the two buildings closest to and directly facing the ocean. We are located on the third level with a clear view above the dune vegetation (there is ground level parking and condos located on levels 2-4). You will enjoy lovely vistas of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the entire living/dining/kitchen area as well as the master bedroom and fully screened lanai. Also, because we are an end unit, there are large side windows in the living and dining rooms that provide an abundance of natural light as well as additional views of the water and lush native island vegetation. Our west corner location offers both stunning direct gulf front views and wonderful privacy, both in the condo and on the lanai, with no pool noise during the day and no distracting lights at night. Watch for dolphins and seabirds by day and sleep to the sound of waves and crickets at night.
Sanibel Island is the ideal destination for photographers and nature lovers and is home to the famous Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. There are miles of bicycle and hiking trails throughout the island and great kayaking, canoeing, and sport fishing nearby. Tarpon Beach is a low density resort centrally located directly on a beautiful shelling and swimming beach and close to many great restaurants and unique shops, as well as to the cinema and live theater.

Our family has been vacationing on Sanibel since the 1960's. We chose Tarpon Beach resort because of its convenient central beachfront location, and because of the quiet and low-keyed atmosphere of this complex.

The condo was everything you could ask for. Clean, bright, new and fully eqipped. The tropical decorations were first rate and made you feel you were somewhere special. The master bath and king size bed were especially inviting. The view spectacular. The movie selection was large was there was something for everyone. The unit showed "pride of ownership". .
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

I've rented various condos on Sanibel over last 10 years. This condo, by far was the BEST! The condo was beautiful,super clean, gorgeous features, and more then comfortable. We did our own cooking and were amazed at the right dishes, containers,knives and cookware for anything we wanted to do. It was close to the pool, we rode our rented bikes 20 miles every day, and it's super convenient to stores and the cafes. Nice beach equipment too. Having breakfast on the patio was a highlight with views of the dolphin right in front of us.The starter kit from Royal Shell with soaps and detergent was appreciated. Beach towels, laundry in the condo was great. What more could we have wanted. Thank You , Thank You for sharing your wonderful hideaway in paradise with us. We'll be back!
