Come to the ultimate vacation getaway in Ponce Inlet, one of the most beautiful villages in Florida. Our house sits across the street from a fabulous beach just one block from the Ponce Inlet Light House, which can be seen from the upstairs windows.
The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac street among million dollar homes and is shielded from the street by thick Florida vegetation for a maximum of privacy and tranquility.
There is plenty of parking as well as a 2 car garage, and additional parking on the street. When returning from a day at the beach you can rinse off in the outside shower which has hot and cold running water.
The house has a covered entryway and opens up in to a large foyer with access to the pool and staircase leading upstairs to the landing. There are 3 bedrooms including a Master bedroom on the second floor and 2 downstairs.
The master bedroom is very spacious, and has a King Size bed and private bath with shower as well as a Jacuzzi all on red oak floors. Exit the master bedroom onto the large landing area leading out to an outside terrace where you can see the ocean. The downstairs bedrooms are equipped with twin beds and private baths.
The living areas include a large, beautifully decorated living room with gas fireplace, and a view of the pool thru huge sliding glass doors, a dining room with a grand table that seats 8-10, an eat in kitchen with all amenities, a TV room, also with fireplace, and a sitting room with beautiful red oak floors.
The Pool is completely screened and surrounded by vegetation and even has an outside fireplace. The Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Ponce Inlet has several restaurants with entertainment not to mention fishing charters and the historic lighthouse.
All in all the ultimate vacation getaway.

We rented for March 2012 sight unseen. It was easy to find, great location for walking, biking and beach. Several restaurants within walking distance and dogs have plenty of places to be walked. Dog park quick drive away. House was nice with a good layout for privacy. We requested the pool be heated and it was quickly taken care of by owner. We have already booked for March 2013.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.
