Photos do not do the place justice. A very well kept home with everything you need and more. Hour and a half to Disney parks, close to lots of shopping and restaurants, nice pool across the street, great running trails nearby and a great home theater setup with large flat screen in the living room (not to mention the other TVs). I would recommend to anyone and may come back if we are ever in the area again. We slept six comfortably.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This rental has lived up to its advertising. It starts with a very nice location that was 25 minutes from downtown Tampa, 40 minutes from downtown St. Pete, and 35 minutes from Clearwater beach. This worked for us and we found ourselves with plenty of choices for doing vacation "things" . The condo itself has an incredible TV/entertainment system, a very nice kitchen to work in, and very comfortable beds. Pool is directly across from the condo and on the week days it was usually empty and if the weather cooperated , nice and relaxing place to be. Kim and Jim , the managing team of this rental, were always available to solve the smallest problem from a broken light bulb to directions and suggestions for the area. It was a good rental experience for us.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
