Escape in a great neighborhood close to NAU! Our home is a 4 bedroom/2 bath with great neighbors and trails all around. Enjoy your morning coffee in great weather in a nice home with custom colors and dark red pergo wood flooring. We have 4 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen bed, and one room with computer that can be accommodated with an air mattress) and 2 bathrooms. The dining area has nice wood table that seats 6 and the backyard has a bricked area for sitting with patio chairs that can be utilized. Closer to the south side of town, we are close to NAU and the airport and a quick drive to downtown. We have parks close by too! We hope you can enjoy our home as much as we do.
