Our condo is nicely furnished, sparkling clean and downright cute as a button! Everything you need for a wonderful family vacation - full size kitchen complete with all utinsels, washer, dryer, linens, bath towels, TV, VCR, DVD, iron/ironing board and hair dryer. This is the perfect condo for couples and families with young children!
The unit is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bathroom and easily sleeps 2-6 people with a king size bed in the private bedroom, built in bunk beds in the hall, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the den. Recent upgrades include tile flooring in the living room, fresh paint throughout, all new linens and free wireless internet access. It's on the 2nd floor with a private balony that overlooks the outdoor pool - perfect for watching the swimmers while enjoying the view of the Gulf of Mexico.
After a "hard" day on the beach (or playing golf, or shopping, or playing at amusement parks), come back to Grand Beach and relax - at the outdoor pool, in the outdoor hot tub, cooking at the BBQ area, in the shade at the pool side veranda, or on the balcony!
Perhaps you'd rather go out to eat at one of the many excellent restaurants in Gulf Shores - no problem, our unit is conveniently located. Grand Beach is 0.8 miles east of Hwy 59 (the "T") and the Hangout. We're adjacent to the Gulf Shores State Park and new fishing pier and across from the white, sandy uncrowded public beach area. A short drive away is the Wharf (great shopping and eating), Waterville Water Park, Riverwalk shops, and the Gulf Shores Zoo. The Tanger Outlet Mall is only ten minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Beach
Grand Beach is in a great location!! -- Close to everything..restaurants, entertainment, the state park and fishing. Yet, away from all of the congestion. The layout of the condo is much roomier than the square footage would suggest. It's a small complex with only 4 floors, so it's never too crowded even at full capacity. This complex offered the best value for the money, with an unobstructed and unbelieveable gulf view for being across the street, with excellent beach access. After researching many condo's in Gulf Shores, we believe that we found the BEST "Across The Street" Complex.

We were quiet pleased with this condo, and found it was just as described on the VRBO rental listing. Everything was very clean, even smelled clean upon entering. Nice comfortable beds and I especially loved that it had a washer and dryer, so no dirty laundry to take home. If you are looking for a location without the crowds that the larger hotels have, this is your rental. Loved that the location is close to the fishing pier, we spent alot of time there. Owners were wonderful to work with and very easy to communicate with. Tami went above and beyond to recommend places to eat and things to do on our first trip there. We will definitely stay here again on return trips. Oh and the rental price cannot be beat. This is a nice, clean place to stay, that is affordable and therefore leaves you with extra spending money to explore the area and enjoy many of the wonderful restaurants there. Thanks for sharing your wonderful condo with us! We can't wait to go back, maybe in the fall or spring next time.

My daughter and I stayed here during the July 4th holiday. I had never used VRBO before and I was a little nervous. Tami was wonderful to work with. We communicated both by email & telephone. The condo was very nice & more affordable than others that I checked. The fireworks were done on the public pier and we had a great view from our balcony.

My husband and I stayed in this condo in June and were really impressed with the accommodations. The first thing we noticed upon entering was the cleanliness of the rooms. It was just as advertised and as the owner promised. It was a very comfortable room and we would like to stay there again and would recommend it to others.

My husband and I spent a few days in June at this condo. It was perfect for our needs. We loved being near the pier and close to town. We also like to go over to Orange Beach and it was just a short drive. Our check in and check out went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Listing amenities were exactly as described. The view was great. Condo had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Great location at the end of everything felt like we had our own private beach area without all the extra guests. Would stay here again. Price was perfect for an across from the beach condo. We spent a wonderful vacation in this condo. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room for all! Such a great location for the beach and restaurants! Close enough to all the action with the ability to still have a very relaxing time!! We enjoyed our walks along the beach to the state pier every morning! From the pier we saw dolphins, all sorts of fish and a sting ray!! They had everything we needed and more! Very well keep and clean condo. The owners were very nice and extremelly helpful! Thanks so much for making our first Gulf Shores vacation a complete success!!!

My wife and I had a nice long weekend at this condo. It's a great location across from the state park beach and just past the high rise condo crowds. The furnishings are just right. It's very well stocked with extras, like beach chairs, that made the experience extra nice...everything we forgot to bring was already there. Very nice.

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - at the end of the strip next to the park land but within walking distance to the center of town. The view from the balcony was awesome. And the pool was great for a more quiet spot in the sun. We would recommend it to anyone and would like to return again sometime. Lots of nice restraunts in the area. Tammy (owner) was so helpful and easy to reach. A very pleasant experience.
