Come rent this cute, cozy, two bedroom, first floor duplex. The house is one block away from the beach and boardwalk. Park your car in one off street parking spot and forget it. Restaurants, bicycle rentals, churches, as well as grocery/deli are all within walking distance of the house.
FAMILIES ONLY
This first floor duplex has two bedrooms, each with a full size bed. There are two living rooms with a TV and VCR, and a futon in the first living room; the second living room has a queen-size sofa bed with a DVD, TV, and a Stereo. Linens NOT included. A large eat-in kitchen has a built-in oven and broiler, and a counter top cooking range. Cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, blender, and coffeemaker are included. Use of the washer and dryer, gas grill, and picnic table are shared with the upstairs tenant. Each room has a ceiling fan and the second living room has a window air conditioner.
FAMILIES ONLY
After a long day on the beach relax with a cold drink on the covered porch. The porch gets the early morning sun and is shaded for the rest of the day.
NO SMOKING IN HOUSE and NO PETS.
Historical Cape May is 15 minutes and Atlantic City is 30 minutes away. If you like fishing, golfing, or shopping, all within a short drive of the island. Wildwood is the host for conventions for many fraternal organizations in June and September. Come and enjoy the festivities.

Rent the whole house if the number in your family is more than eight. This option will give you four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three livingrooms, and two kitchens with two separate entrances.

Security Deposit: $300 to be returned within 30 days after departure.

Spent day at beach on Sunday -walked boards - Sunny Went to beach on Monday, overcast -rained, played cards Tuesday- Partly sunny, hung out, walked on boardwalk. Wednesday- Rain - then clear - boardwalk Thursday- Beautiful day - Beach, then to AC Friday- Another Beaut! beach, boardwalk- Fireworks Wonderful week. KIDS LOVED IT! Perfect distance to everything Thanks for letting us stay.

We had a great time. The weather and house were great. Some how we all managed to incur foot injuries: Daughter #1- Sandals blister Daughter #2- Kined a sharp rock on beach Son - Boardwalk splinter you witnessed that me - stubbed my foot on dresser granddaughter - dropped ton tram car on foot husband - no injuries; jut bad sunurn tops of fat. FIRST AID KIT NICE TOUCH
