This is a beautiful house, sleeping 8 persons in 4 bedrooms, each with separate bath or shower. Two of the bedrooms are "master bedrooms" with king size beds (180 cm). The other two bedrooms have 2 beds each (90 cm).
It is possible to sleep another 2 (children) on a sofa bed in the office, adjacent to one of the master bedrooms.
Large lounge with open fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen opening into dining room, which again has access to a large covered terrace with barbeque, dining table and 2 sofas.
The house sits undisturbed on a large terrain (5000 sqm). There is a large swimming pool (12½ x 4½ meters), fenced and with pool alarm for double safety, if you bring children. The nearest neighbor is 100 meters away. It is a quiet area and from the covered terrace, the swimming pool or the rest of the garden, there is a nice view to the soft hills.
Private vineyard (200 Carbernet Sauvginon, Grenache and Syrah), planted in 2001. The first production is scheduled for 2010! Lots of olive trees on the terrain. The pool man and the gardener stop by every week.
The house is 2½ km from Fayence and 1½ km from Seillans - two authentic Provencal villages. There are 3 weekly markets in Fayence.
In 30 minutes you can be in Cannes, in 45 minutes in Nice (nearest international airport). In a little over half hour you can be on the beach. Golf ("La terre blanche") near by.
This is a lovely property, ideal for one or two families or for 3 generations. But also ideal for a single couple, who wants to enjoy the charms of ancient Provencal villages, away from the frantic traffic on the coast, good local food and the warm and sunny weather of the South of France.
