Absolutely beautiful direct oceanfront condo located on the world famous A1A scenic highway in the quaint town of Ormond Beach, Florida. You can view one mile of car free beach and surf from the living room with direct oceanfront views from the kitchen and master bedroom as well.
Granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous furniture with an upscale nautical theme. All floors are tile. Mirrored walls in living room, original art pieces. Condo is fully furnished with nice things including towels,linens, dishes, pots & pans, beach chairs and umbrella. This condo has been impeccably maintained and pride of ownership shows.
Please note that this is a condo that is best suited for a single person or two people maximum as the second bedroom is set up as an office complete with with desk. Internet access is high speed Broadband via RoadRunner with WIFI. Note there is no dining room table, but rather a granite bar that separates the living room and kitchen.
There is a pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps 2 people. This condo is 1000 square feet with a very nice balcony that is shielded from the wind and overlooks the beautiful Atlantic ocean. Wind surfers are out front practically every day and this is where the Right Whales come to calve.
The Atlantic-22 condominium complex has 22 units and #401 is a 4th floor corner unit on the South side of the building that is bright and airy all day. The elevator is secured with key entry only. Condo rules require 1 month minimum rental but at only $50 a day you can rent the whole month and stay as long as you can.

We choose to buy this condo because it is in a small complex (22 units) and is located on the south side, 4th floor (not too high) corner of the building. This location has a sweeping ocean view that is perfectly beautiful no matter what kind of weather or time of day.

Owner's Map of Ormond By The Sea
BJ and her husband Jack live in a country house in New Smyrna Beach along with Jo-Jo the cat that rules the roost because he will be 17 on his birthday. They all enjoy traveling in their motor home that Jack jokes is the biggest "cat house" in Florida. Jack is a retired police captain from Las Vegas and BJ still works as a condominium property manager and owner of a real estate company, Florida Properties & Management Services. BJ was a banker for 31 years in Virginia, Nevada and Florida before retiring as Executive Vice President of Citrus National Bank in Crystal River. BJ says "we love the beach and our condo and just wish we had more time to use it." We hope you enjoy it also!!
