This Ocean Harbor Condominium unit features Ocean Views. It offers almost 1700 square feet of relaxing seashore living with your own private covered balcony. And, it's located just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of Wildwood Crest. The heated pool, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas is a real bonus.
This beach block beauty offers the sense of space, style, sensuality and ocean vistas normally reserved for million dollar penthouses. The ceramic tiled entry foyer leads you to the spacious kitchen/living area.
The kitchen area is a chef's delight with all the cabinets and counter space. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots, casserole dishes; everything you might need to prepare a meal is there for your convenience. There's a breakfast bar with 4 chairs for casual dining. And a large dining room table that seats 6.
The expansive living room has sliders leading to the deck.
There are 3 large bedrooms - and plenty of closet space. The Master bedroom has a private full bathroom. The Master bedroom has access to the balcony and ocean views from both windows. (The ocean can also be seen from the second bedroom).
The other two bedrooms are also nice sized rooms. All of the bedrooms have TVs with DVD players and feature queen sized beds.
There is a second full bathroom in the hall, and across from the hall bathroom is a full-size laundry room.
You will enjoy ocean views from the balcony, the living room and two of the bedrooms.
There is parking for 2 cars and a private storage room for all your beach items. We leave 4 beach chairs in the storage area for you to use during your stay for your added convenience - you can save precious trunk space in your car for other things! Boogie boards are there too!
Other on-site amenities include a nice -sized heated pool, large pool area, elevator, BBQ grill and outside shower. Gas heat and central air for year round enjoyment. If you need to do a little work or check your email, we have wireless internet.
The covered balcony is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Sitting out there with a good book, or with your family, or simply sitting quietly and looking at the ocean is one of the highlights of the place.

For those who are new to Wildwood Crest, here is a little about the area & location and what it has to offer:
WILDWOOD CREST is a borough in Cape May County, located at the extreme southern end of New Jersey. It is a small resort, south of Wildwood and the perfect New Jersey shore getaway with beautiful beaches & many interesting and exciting attractions.
Besides the beautiful beaches, there is also the Sunset Lake area; a gorgeous spot to sit and watch the sun set. Sunset Lake has boats, jet skis, and wave runners available for rental. Sunset Lake is about a 10 min walk from our condo. As you leave our condo, if you walk in the opposite direction of the ocean, it is about 6 short blocks. There are benches so you can sit and watch the people and the sunset.
The Crest Pier Recreation Center & the Gazebo by the Sea often offers live music for the perfect end of a summer day. .
Wildwood Crest features: Nearby Amusement Piers, Beautiful Beaches, Bicycling & Bike Rentals, Bird Watching, Boat Rentals. For those that enjoy catching some fresh seafood, fishing & crabbing are also available.
Plus, Wildwood Crest is an easy 10 minute car ride to the historic town of Cape May which is abundant with activities such as shopping, sightseeing, historic tours, bird watching, boating, great restaurants, dolphing watching boat trips, a lighthouse, and so much more.

- Since we have an elevator (we're on the second floor) and because we're only a short block to the beach we're an ideal vacation home for older people. And those same reasons make us very suitable for families with young children. The heated pool is another plus and our deck, which is shaded in the afternoon, is a lovely spot to sit to look out at the ocean or for reading and relaxing. There is a Trolley stop right outside of Condo - across the street on the corner. It runs all day and evening to the Boardwalk. It usually runs on the half hour or hour. This is an easy, fun way to get to the boardwalk and saves on parking expenses! You can walk to the boardwalk as well, but for older folks or young children, driving or the trolley is usually preferred. We leave 4 Beach chairs and boogie boards in our storage area, which are available for our guests. A few prime weeks are still available - check the calendar or email me if you're interested!

Wildwood Crest has amazing beaches. Wide, clean and lovely.
We liked being so close to the beach and this condo building is well maintained with friendly people.

I also love the pool - it is a decent sized pool and heated to the perfect temperature. The pool area has lots of comfy chairs, and umbrellas so you have the option of either sitting in the shade or sun.

My husband and I purchased this beautiful condo to use in our retirement years. We chose this one for a few reasons: it is very spacious, it is so close to the beach, we love the views of the ocean from inside the condo; esp from the balcony, and we have always enjoyed our vacations in the Crest. For now, we are renting it and using it off season.
My husband works in the Building Materials business and is in Sales, while I'm a Holistic Wellness Counselor. We hope to retire in a few years. Now, we are busy working and spending time with our families.

Diane and Steve, Your home is absolutely amazing.. It was just as you stated in the description that you provided. Very beautiful and spacious. Our Family comes to Wildwood every year for summer vacation and by far this is the BEST PLACE we have ever stayed. The view from the balcony was just breath taking at any time of day. The decor you have chose is fitting for the location and yet so charrming. We were very happy to find a well equipped full kitchen as we do still like to sit and eat family dinner together. The location was excellent, our teens were able to catch the trolley to the Boardwalk seeing as it picked up right at our corner. Once again Thank you so much for making our Family Vacation 2011 such a success. Hope to see you next year....

I can't begin to say enough good things about our stay here. The property is just as described. Very spacious and is in an excellent location giving you an awesome view of the ocean. The unit is very well laid out and is very spacious. The heated pool is an added bonus and was very relaxing. The pool was rarely used by anybody so it was almost as if it was our own private pool. I will definitley stay here again. I am already looking forward to my next vacation. Next year can't get here fast enough.

This condo was exactly as pictured and described by the owners. Staying there was very relaxing and enjoyable and it is well kept. My wife and I have been going to the "Crest" for many years and are very particular about the condos that we stay in. The views from the balcony are great and they are just as great from the inside looking out! Their "Welcome Book" to the condo is very helpful and detailed in all aspects, making your stay there more enjoyable. We are planning to come back next year and give this condo our highest recommendation.

We had a wonderful family vacation in your beautiful home by the ocean. The area was so nice and well kept. The condo was beautiful. Everything you said it would be. My husband and I liked the area so much we will be back next summer just the two of us for a much needed romantic getaway! Our kids loved it too ,there was plenty to do, ocean or pool, we cooked out, restaurants were great, the boardwalk was fun. Everyone had a great time. Your condo, accommodations and amenities were superb. When we entered and saw everything you had to offer, I knew it would be the perfect place to stay with the family and be as comfortable as if I were in my own home. Your are fortunate to have a condo which looks out towards the beach and ocean. There was nothing like lying in bed in the Master bedroom and hearing the sound of the ocean. Having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the early morning and watching the changing of the sky colors as the sun rose with the view of the ocean was truly a treat. We enjoyed a leisurely walk in the early evening in the opposite direction of the ocean and watched the sunset over the lake/bay area. It provided a nice end to the fun day we had in Cape May. The restaurant on the corner of Farragut St and Sunset Lake offered great meals at wonderful prices, (the name escapes me) while providing a great view of the lake. Thank you for that recommendation. Your home in Wildwood Crest is warm and welcoming, and provided a perfect get away for us. I look forward to spending more time there, perhaps with my family when they visit. There would be plenty of room for all of us, and with the beach being so close it is convenient enough for the boys as well as my niece. Our family has had the pleasure of staying here for vacations for the past several years. This spacious, elegant condo gives us the needed privacy of three separate bedrooms, and with its bright light and large balcony, it is a welcome relief from the cramped quarters we've experienced in hotels. We have the luxury of being close to the beach and the many restaurants and attractions available in The Wildwoods while being away from the crowds, and the kitchen and dining area in the condo give us the opportunity to cook or bring in meals and dine in family-style comfort. When we've had any questions, Diane has been most helpful, and always kind. All these experiences have made this property our beloved "home away from home", and we look forward to coming back again and again.

Very nicely appointed condo is even lovelier than pictures suggest. My family was delighted by the spacious condo layout, rattan interior decorating, and such home conveniences as wireless internet and washer-dryer at this shore rental. The location is perfect for the beach, bike-riding, access to boardwalk, etc. The heated pool is shady up until 3 pm - which we considered a plus for avoidance of mid-day sun exposure. Separate storage room was ideal for placement of bikes and beach chairs. Several nices restaurants in walking distance. Building appears to very well maintained. Owner is very accessible and responsive by e-mail. I highly recomend this vacation rental to anyone who appreciates the atmosphere and location of Wildwood Crest.
