Ocean Harbor - This Ocean Harbor Condominium unit features an Ocean View. It offers almost 1700 square feet of relaxing seashore living with your own private covered balcony. Located just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of Wildwood Crest.
This beach block beauty offers the sense of space, style, sensuality and ocean vistas normally reserved for million dollar penthouses. The ceramic tiled entry foyer leads you to the spacious kitchen/living area.
The kitchen area is a chef's delight with all the cabinets and counter space. It is fully stocked for your convenience. There's a breakfast bar with 4 chairs for casual dining. And a large dining room table that seats 6.
The expansive living room has sliders leading to the deck.
There are 3 large bedrooms - and plenty of closet space. The Master bedroom has a private full bathroom. The Master bedroom has access to the balcony and ocean views from both windows. (The ocean can also be seen from the second bedroom). There is a second full bathroom in the hall, and across from the hall bathroom is a full-size laundry room.
You will enjoy ocean views from the balcony, the living room and two of the bedrooms.
There is parking for 2 cars and a private storage room for all your beach items. We leave 4 beach chairs in the storage area for you to use during your stay for your added convenience - you can save precious trunk space in your car for other things!
Other on-site amenities include a nice -sized heated pool, elevator, BBQ grill and outside shower. Gas heat and central air for year round enjoyment.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2009
My husband and I purchased this beautiful condo to use in our retirement years. We chose this one for a few reasons: it is very spacious, it is so close to the beach, we love the views of the beach from inside the condo; esp from the balcony, and we have always enjoyed our vacations in the Crest. For now, we are renting it and using it off season.
My husband works in the Building Materials business and is in Sales, while I'm a Holistic Wellness Counselor. We hope to retire in a few years. Now, we are busy working and spending time with our families.
