The best unit in the quietest, most convenient neighborhood in Oro Valley. Boulder Canyon is in La Reserve, the exclusive mountainside development in Oro Valley, directly north of Tucson.
This is a tale of two worlds, though: La Reserve is quiet, has stunning mountain views and lots of wildlife, but across the street and within a few miles either way, however, is a host of golf, restaurants, bars, shopping, galleries and medical/health care. When you're ready, nearby activities include hiking/biking/birding in Catalina Nat'l Forest, golf at Vistoso, Saddlebrooke, the Tucson city courses and of course the WGC Match Play at Dove Mountain, 25 minutes away.
Our place is sharply decorated and comes complete: buy some groceries and move in for a week or a month, you'll find virtually everything. Complete cookware, utensils, servings, bake ware, the details right down to the grinder for your coffee beans! The beautiful pool and jacuzzi are right outside the dining window, but upstairs and with enough separation for your own peace and quiet. Same with the clubhouse with a business center and exercise facilities.
We accommodate four comfortably: two twins that make up to a king in the master and a trundle in the second makes into two twins. Big walk-in closets in both bedrooms and executive-height vanities in the bathrooms. We're a second (top) floor unit so you don't have anyone upstairs and 9' ceilings give it an expansive feel where sunlight streams in making it a warm, cozy place. Your place in the desert!
