Our condo is the perfect place for your family vacation, honeymoon, stress break from work, getaway with friends, or any reason at all. overall, your condo was great..wehad a fantastic time..enjoyed the bikes..only two suggestions..whoever emptied the dishwasher before we arrived put away several dirtydishes..first it was a mug, then a bowl and then three different steak knives...the other suggestion is maybe a new lawn chair..that older one is great, but it got rust all over my white swimsuit cover up...your condo is beautiful ...loved the view..would deifinitely come backRecommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

We enjoyed a week of perfect weather. The condo is lovely and has everything from bikes to beach chairs towels and linens. I tried the couch one night (husband snoring!) and found it less than comfortable, although for kids it would probably be fine. The kitchen had everything. I really liked that it had recycling containers nearby. We spent hours on the lanai. Really didn't need the AC except at night. Wonderful week.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We didn't know what to expect from reserving a condo off the internet. When we got to the room and it was even more than we expected! Not only was it at a great location, the view was beautiful, the condo was very very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The temperature was such that we turned off the AC and slept with the patio doors open and listened to the surf at night! What a wonderful vacation, we hope to go back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Off Peak Season (normally mid Apr to Christmas week) ............. $ 960/week Shoulder Season (normally Jan & some April weeks) ............ $1460/week February thru Easter week, also December holiday weeks.....$1960/wk. About the owner: Carl and Sue first vacationed on Sanibel Island in 1997 and fell in love! We bought our condo in 1998 and were so lucky to get a place which such a lovely view. We udpated it in 1998 and again in 2004/05. We are from the Chicago area, worked at Argonne National Laboratory there for over 30 years each; we both took early retirement, bought a house one the island, and moved to Sanibel permanently in 2008.
