Sailing couple who bought the house to keep boat there use as a sailing point for other destinations.
Do entertain there and it is very convenient to have people over and use the common area for socializing. You can use patio for smaller groups and private parties.
Friendly neighbors and convenient location to fly in from Savannah in 45 minutes. Can drive to Charleston in one hour for dining and shopping. Beautiful town with historical homes and Southern ambiance and hospitality.
