Our 1,100 square foot condo is on the fourth floor of the Towers at LakePoint; one of Frisco’s premier high-rise complexes. The Towers are one of the most recently constructed condo complexes developed in Frisco and front Lake Dillon. The property’s all concrete construction creates a very private and quiet experience, and access to the unit is elevator served, no stairs!! This is more of a positive than most people realize until they have to carry all their bags, mountain gear, and groceries up three flights of stairs every time they come and go.
The Town of Frisco is in the heart of the Rocky Mountains and is very quaint. Frisco’s Main Street is less than 1 mile away and parking is always simple to find. Summit County is known as "Colorado's Playground" and Frisco is in the center of it all. You can ski seven different ski areas within 20 minutes, Cross country ski @ The Frisco Nordic Center or on the trails around lake dillon, golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, cycle on over 50 miles of paved bike path and numerous mountain passes, go boating on Lake Dillon, shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in a beautiful mountain setting. Frisco and our condo is a great location to use as the “Base Camp” of your vacation.
