Patrick, your place was everything you promised it to be. You are so lucky to be able to spend your weekends here ! Your place was high quality from start to finish. We loved that we did not have to worry about all the little things needed to cook as your fridge and pantry are so well stocked. We are guessing you are a great cook by the nature of your kitchen and cookware. We skied four days at 4 different resorts and went to the Frisco and Breckenridge Nordic Ski Centers too. The restaurant recommendations you gave us were great. We like the the downstairs Italian place on main street (can’t remember the name) the best, and the boutique gourmet place next the Safeway was to die for! It was really nice too that we could leave our ski gear in your garage and not have to haul it into the condo. We will miss that morning sunrise over the lake....WOW. We hope to come back next year....Thanks againRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Lakepoint Towers is a great condominium community. Very quiet, unbelievable lake views and fall colors, two hot tubs, elevator, and located right on the bike/hiking paths that go around the lake. This unit is in immaculate condition and comes with a great kitchen with new appliances, a fully stocked pantry, spices, and commercial grade cookware. Its was so nice having to have all the spices and utensils for creating a good meal. The grocery store is also walking distance - right across the street. We strolled the lake path every morning and every night and the sunrises were spectacular. Downtown Frisco is about a 1/2 mile away. This quaint mountain town has the best restaurants in Summit County. We loved the little restaurant Food Hedz - very talented chef! We highly recommend renting from these owners. They gave us great advice for making the most of our trip to Colorado and were very easy to make a reservation with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first time out skiing in Colorado and we could not have had a better time. Patrick’s condo’s location was perfect for us to try out all the ski resorts. We skied Vail, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone during a one week week stay and all of them were within a short drive. This location is perfect and the private garage was great as we did not have to unload our skis at night. The unit itself was very well kept, cozy and stocked with quality cookware and everything you need for making dinner after a long day of skiing and hot tubbing. The grocery store is a 2 min drive so we could pick up our food on our way back from the slopes; perfect. As an early riser, my favorite parts of this trip was waking up to sunrise over Lake Dillon with the mountain peaks in the background. Can’t wait to come back ! Thanks Patrick for all your hospitality and recommendations!Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
